Meaning what, RR?
I sensed upon something the other day. What do the OJ Simpson and Susan Smith cases have in common with this one, besides the obvious?
The real killers all tried to put the blame on popular boogeymen.
Simpson blamed the murders on Colombian drug dealers.
Smith invented a carjacker who was little more than a racist caricature of an urban ghetto black.
The ransom note writer combined Islamic jihadism with pedophile perversion. Two for one.
Coincidence? I certainly don't think so.

I will say one thing though: as far as Burke is concerned, he and I are quits, even. We've both lost a mother to cancer. I can sympathize. Whatever I may think about his parents, I hold no ill feelings toward him at all.

For the record - I wasn't even thinking of Burke - just the murderers and their enablers.
Lets keep in mind that whatever his part in this case- whether he killed his sister, knows who did, or knows nothing- he was just under 10 years old. And seeing pictures of him then, he was a very immature-looking 10 year old, small and a bit "geeky-looking". IF he was the one who bashed his sister on the head - he is guilty of her death, but not necessarily murder if it was meant to hurt but not kill her. If it was meant to kill...well that obviously means he was seriously disturbed at the time.
But it was his parents who took it to a whole other level. No 10 year old would do that staging alone.
His involvement would certainly explain a lot about the way the DA handled (or rather, DIDN'T handle) this case, and explain his silence now.
I don't know how a boy having gone through that experience survives mentally intact.
I haven't been much of a BDI. I am more of a PDI (in a rage). But what I always am is RDI. And the fact is that ANY of the three surviving Rs in the house that night can be placed in a plausible situation where they could have been the perp. And THAT is sickening in itself.

I have wondered that if that was not what may have happened "the doomsday solution " if all else failed they would have claimed Burke did it knowing Burke could not be prosecuted and everything in Boulder came to a screeching halt! What is infuriating is if so..........we would never know would we?
I am not saying that is what happened . I Just wonder ever so once in a while if that is how everything suddenly ended like someone pulled the plug.

..since the R's weren't called to testify before the GJ,I'm wondering if they wouldn't have been required to,if they said BR did it? Would they have been exempt from testifying against him? anyone know?

That sort of makes you wonder about the subject of PR's last painting, with BR and JBR sitting side-by-side on the beach w/BR's arm "around JBR's neck"...
Was PR's subconscious or conscious "intent" to genuinely depict her 2 children as "Beach Buddies" or was it a last fleeting attempt in deflecting the microscope of suspicion in another direction, away from her and on her son?
Look at the intensity of colors. Look at his arm wrapped tightly around his sister's neck. If your daughter's death were attributed to strangulation, could you paint a picture after your child's death w/anything even remotely 'around her neck'?
Her version of this painting gives me the creeps!

I wouldn't be able to paint at all! It just didn't phase her though.

..or even looked at one,or had one in the house! Instead,Patsy put a painting studio in the house,(in a house complete w. a basement,which she said they didn't want).And I won't even mention the pineapple wallppr..btdt.lol.
I dont' believe the Ramsey's did it. I am for the intruder theory. I remember watching the show that I think Smit was on, and it had a segment about another little girl who was home alone with her mother. An intruder was inside the house when they returned from the movies. After they had gone to bed, he tried to attack the girl. Her mother just happened to wake up and he ran away. I wonder if things had gone differently in that case would the mother be accused?
Oh, forgot to mention. The girl and Jon Benet apparently had a few things in common as well. They both attended the same dance studio and were fairly close in age. The mother said the man was dressed all in black "ninja" clothes.

SLOW DOWN Dr Baden a frequent fox news expert says this does not clear anyone I thouht intantly this was a trick by Lacy and Now I really do believe that do notthing Lacy has given the Ramseys a parting gift!!

It sure looks like they are cleared to me. Many people won't accept it no matter what evidence shows up. They will try to defend what they have been saying for years. I never thought they did it, and felt so sorry for them losing their beloved daughter and being accused of it by so many people. I hope at least some have the integrity to apologize for their words. I think in any other case this would be welcome news for everyone, but some have had their opinions for so long and defended it so hard, it is difficult now.
Show down: Dr. Baden has made a lucrative media career on doubting majority expert opinions, sometimes to his later embarrassment.
These new DNA findings are certainly the most substantial evidence of culpability in the case.
Of course, on most issues, we humans make up our minds early and resist contrary views.

I was absolutely stunned when they announced this new DNA that they found. WHY..............would this mean that someone other that the Ramsey's killed Jon Benet? For what reason? Would that mean that this person also wrote the ransom note? Do they have someone in mind? 
It's so inconclusive..........I don't know what to think!
Hopefully we'll hear more later.
