As many as your imagination allows. The sky's the limit!

Sometimes I wonder if posters on this site fade away and reappear with aliases to prove their points. Sometimes I wonder if they debate themselves under different names, too.

"At first, I didn't want to believe that Patsy could do such a thing," said the 57-year-old Platteville resident, who now delivers newspapers. "I loved her. But as time went on, things came to me that made me think she did it. I want Patsy Ramsey tomorrow to look in the mirror and say to herself, "I killed JonBenet.'"

She said the grand jury focused almost exclusively on Patsy Ramsey. "It was almost all about Patsy, down to the underwear she had purchased from Bloomingdales," she said. "They wanted to know how she related to JonBenet. I felt in my heart they were going to indict Patsy."

She said she told the grand jury that Patsy had become very moody right before Christmas of 1996. "I think she had multiple personalities."

Hoffmann-Pugh said she is convinced Patsy wrote the ransom note.

Smit said he has more hair and fiber clues but he would not reveal them for fear of alerting the perpetrator to the evidence.

How many different identities can one poster acquire and use at one time on Websleuths?

You'd have to ask the moderators.

The Ramseys have never produced a written handwriting report, Hoffmann-Pugh said.

That much is accurate. The Rs have never made their handwriting report public. Which is odd, because they never hesitate to do so with anything else.

Where does Walker say 118,000 is wierd or three people can't divide it?

Okay he doesn't say weird,he says strange.

PMPT,pg 13

"Certainly, the amount demanded was strange-not the usual round numbers. The reference to "a small foreign faction" was another red flag. How many ways would a group-foreign or not-divide up 118.000?"

And there was someone else who said this but I don't recall now who, could be L.Smit but I'll have to look.

How about Mr. Big gets 100K and the three thugs get 6K each?

SUPERDAVE,

WHAT IS DISSD?

THIS IS YOUR THEORY OF EVERYTHING! (THE unifying force that after general and special relativity and E=MC2, Einstein spent the rest of his life seeking.)

WHY DO YOU KEEP AVOIDING IT?

IT TIES TOGETHER THE ENTIRE FIASCO FOR YOU.

If I had a nickel for every time you have ignored explaining your TOE, I'd be telling Warren Buffett what stocks to buy.

THE PAIN! THE UNBEARABLE, UNSPEAKABLE PAIN!!

Thanks, but I wasn't asking you.

Take them to jail.

It wouldn't surprise me if some posters "double-dipped" to sneak in opinions or arguments to shore up their POV. Actually, I'd be surprised if it wasn't happening. (Not implying you, DeeDee, at all. I want to be clear on that. You have a special perspective and I admire you for it. No one tells you what to think or say.)

As the R's were accused of "dumbing-down" the RN to avoid identification, sometimes certain posters appear at opportune times practically unable to spell "I," who nevertheless pontificate interminably for shall we say particular, "causes" that bear a strange resemblance to the quirks and idiosyncrasies of other more "seasoned" and voluminous pontificators.

Actually the correct answer is exactly one! Any more than that (multiple hats) are grounds for banning, I know this and I am not a moderator.

How do you know?

Is this one per IP address, or one per computer, or one per user account on each computer?

Let's see, I've got a PC, a laptop, access to several computers at work. How many hats is that I could have?

You don't know?

I have an idea. I believe that in order to have more than one at a time, you'd need to have multiple on-line or at least e-mail accounts.

She didn't say "public."

I know that. But it can be interpreted that way.

What does that stand for?

I'm sorry I asked! Incidentally, how can I avoid DISSD or TOE when I don't even know what they are? I'm going to take a guess and say that TOE means Timeline of Events.

IOW, multiple identities is cake. Figured.

"What does that stand for?"
DISSD?

DISSD is your baby! Hmm. Okay. I'll play along. SD, what does "dissociation" mean and how does it apply to the Ramsey's, do you recall?

I said what it meant right there. It is the theory of everything. Physicists have been in a one hundred year race to reduce the physical properties of the universe into one, grand, unified theory of everything. No luck, as you've enjoyed, however. They've gotten it down to electro-magnetism, gravity and the strong and the weak forces, but no further (or lesser.)
You, OTOH, have simplified this crime into one unified theory that explains everything. You call it "Dissociation," only for you it took place on a grand, marvelous, really miraculous level.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure certain IDIs have done it in the past. That's NOT an accusation to you or MF or anyone else.

DISSD is your baby!

More like my baby was stolen by IDI gypsies and DISSD was left behind!

Hmm. Okay. I'll play along. SD, what does "dissociation" mean and how does it apply to the Ramsey's, do you recall?

Sure. Dissasociation, as my dictionary defines it, it the active attempt to distance oneself from something, something that a person would not want to be associated with. As to how it applies to the Ramseys, as madeleine pointed out, there seemed to be a very strong effort to "get on with their lives," and to rationalize/minimize JB's death.

Crime is not the same as particle physics, Fang. The comparison is wanting, to say the very least.

You should ask a moderator this question- I recommend Adnoid, or ask it in the Forum Finesse thread.
