She admitted on having a normal routine of arising around midnight and checking on JonBenet so she could take JonBenet on a midnight potty run; she admitted not doing it on the night JonBenet was killed.
P.S. Buying the Bloomies would suggest she had some inkling of where they ended up after she bought them.
In MY humble opinion she admitted to killing Jonbenet.
She admitted on the show with ST that "Whoever wrote the note is the killer."
'Nuff said.
Denial and Patsy just go hand in hand. Quick! Off the top of your head, name me one thing that Patsy admitted to!!!
You are too few in number.
Patsy has told us what happened and yet we still read about Burke theories, John theories, etc. This is why I say that John could release a statement tomorrow detailing everything that happened and if what he said didn't agree with people's pet theory, they wouldn't believe him.
I think Patsy loved JonBenet dearly and I also think Patsy was a very strong, intelligent women. There is no way I see her taking responsibility for what somebody else has done, even if it had been Burke. You can't argue she is narcistic and then argue she is covering for somebody else in such a horrific event. Not when that event involves hurting her baby.
Patsy has spoken, the only question now is what happened after that.
Yes, how convenient!![]()

Of course, admitting she did not take JBR on a midnight potty run wasn't really an admission. It was a lie. Because she WAS with JBR at midnight. Staging her murder.

... I agree. I think Patsy really did love JonBenet with the whole of her heart, and never meant to cause her any serious harm, but I do not believe she would go through all of this, this tarnishment to her reputation, this denial of the dreams she had for herself and her life and her legacy, for anyone other than herself. She would never take the heat of "baby killer" if someone else did it...I just don't know who was causing the damage inside JonBenet. How is it related to the murder, or is it at all? Patsy, IMO, did not seem surprised to hear of evidence of prior abuse - she got defensive, like she knew that was already there. Would Patsy cover for that person, if she was the one to kill JB but not the one who caused the damage?
I do too.NP, I believe Patsy would cover if Patsy was the one who did the damage. I still side with the "corporal punishment" theory that consists of roughly cleaning JonBenet's private area.
Good thoughts,Boesp,I also wonder about LHP saying she last saw the big bloomies in JB's drawer.so I wonder, did Patsy take them out and wrap them b/f Xmas,or did they use those for the staging? Also, some turned up later that the R's turned in,although who knows when those were bought,I am doubting anyone checked into that.
If those size 12 Bloomies were actually in the drawer and the police could not find them in their house search, the Ramseys probably hid them somewhere else before the police arrived.I'm not sure what to make of Pugh's statement on them being in the drawer. They aren't on the warrant list of recovered evidence and, as you said, Patsy later turned some in. An Intruder might remove a pair of replacement panties from JonBenet's drawer for some use in the crime, but I highly doubt the Intruder would remove ALL pairs of size-12 Bloomies. Doesn't make a bit a sense to do that.

I too think the only person the narcissist Patsy would ever have covered up for was herself.I think Patsy loved JonBenet dearly and I also think Patsy was a very strong, intelligent women. Definitely a possibility imo. Does anyone know if the items Pam Paugh retrieved from the Ramsey home showed up in any police report? If yes, was she required to show the items to the police, or did they just take her word for it?I was thinking they may have taken the Wed. pair out,and hid the rest, and PP retrieved them in her run of the house.
I would disagree, however, that Patsy would not cover for Burke. I think she would have.
But this wasn't "covering for", this was taking responsibility.
My usage of "covering for" could be interpreted as "taking responsibility for."
I can see Patsy doing that but with Colorado law like it is she probably wouldn't have had to make that choice. By the way, I don't think Burke did it. I just have a few lingering doubts because I don't fully understand Colorado Code on handling children under ten involved in felony offenses.
