listen she was not crying or sobbing and was talking to Simms before she left and smiled at someone as she walked out. Unless you have a screen capture to prove. She was not crying.

I am not sure what happened but the judge looked really angry. It may be that JB is trying to either remove the judge or delay the trial.

OR it could be a motion to have HJBP replaced for 'seeming' to make the defense move this jury selection along. One defense talking head on IS had been saying it was unfair to the defense to not get to talk to all of the jurors before making the final jury selection. Hope I am being clear or that someone else had heard this also. When this one person was talking so much about this I was thinking I wish she would hush and not give the defense any ideas.

I dont see KC ever pleaing which she should have done. She could have said it were an accident and she was scared to tell her mom and panicked and she may have gotten lesser time.
Its got to be another delay tactic. But the strain that is between her and Baez lately may have something to do with it too.

I didnt see her crying either and on insessions, on tv, they replayed casey a walking back into the court room, the talking heads were trying to read her body laungage(sp?)

I didnt see any tears, tho I thought I saw a small smirk, smile?

My gut tells me we are going to hear a plea tomorrow morning. What other reason would court be done for the day. Something is up.

Well at least you will all get to hear what happened rather than a long drawn out trial which I know you all don' want. So it is a good thing. Saves the tax payers money, etc. Only thing is Cindy will always be able to say she never did it, she had to to save her own life.

If it's a plea and ICA has to tell everything that happened, who is to say she won't just make up another lie? Even if she does plea, I still don't think we will hear the truth. If she makes a plea, I'm happy that it will save the taxpayer's money, but I personally was looking forward to the trial.

When it comes to a plea, we have to remember that the state must accept the deal.. and I really can't see them doing that at this point, being as that their case is so strong. JMO!

This is what I think it is: I think the DT wants to start over in another county. Yet another delay tactic.

If it was a motion that Baez has gone off to file somewhere, then, you'd think that Perry would have carried on.....no wasting of the little time they have.

Other's wondering if Casey fired Baez....hmm......she has been a little cold to him this last week or so.

All I know is that I would not want to be in the company of the judge this evening if this is some kind of a ploy or trick.
