on Levi page show.........one in jail and one out makes someone talk..........
so it is what LE does to trick them up.
so it is what LE does to trick them up.
At the very least, he should be arrested for filing a false police report (the staged 911 call). I just don't understand why he is not in jail. I just don't get it.:banghead:
Snipped and BBM
She could probably have had him deported if he made her mad. JMO
AB's not in jail yet - but the reporter, Rad, of WCNC, tweeted that AB was at HPD this p.m...he also said there's no word about charges filed ATM

Surely it's just a matter of time til LE has enough to lock him up for something.
Actually read that AB was at the station speaking to/being interviewed by LE for about an hour and the was allowed to leave.
Ugh - TY, kalekona - I guess I want someone to be held responsible & locked up ASAP...guess I'll just have to keep trusting LE that they have a good handle on this case & don't want to do anything that would impede justice for Zahra.
This is how that meeting went I bet:http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-20022595-504083.html
The evidence has been sent to the State Medical Examiner's office in Chapel Hill. From there it will be sent to the State Bureau of Investigation's lab for DNA testing, according to the station.
Meanwhile, Zahra's father, Adam, reportedly met Thursday with investigators, along with his attorney, for about an hour. Adam Baker was arrested October 25 for assault with a deadly weapon, failure to return rental property, writing worthless checks and other charges unrelated to his daughter's case. He has since posted the $7,000 bond and been released
When is AB's court date for the lesser charges on him? Is that coming up? If so I think this is why the DA requested a rush on the DNA processing. Once his court date comes up, and he is fined but not jailed for his crimes, or put on probation, I believe that he will be deported. MAYBE, this is in play...just maybe
I dont understand it either and it really eats at me. I feel he will be arrested once evidence comes back testing positive for Zahra...like the items they removed from the house. You can bet they are watching every move he makes. I have a feeling he is already pointing the finger at EB.

Meanwhile, Adam Baker, Zahra's father who first reported her missing in a 911 call on Oct. 9, was at the Hickory Police station Thursday afternoon for about an hour. He and his attorney met with investigators and was later allowed to leave.
IMO If he helped murder or dispose of his daughter then he needs to be sent to a USA prison, when and if he is ever released then they can have him back.
I think if she had gotten medical treatment, she wouldn't still be using the prosthetic leg she got years ago in Australia. No way would a doctor not find a way to get her a new leg. It can cause all kinds of long term musculoskeletal problems to grow up on an ill fitting prosthetic leg.
If only we knew what he was saying..........MOO
