Did they just cut us off??
I’m still seeming it live. I think. DB is questioning how the detective shouldn’t be able to identify bodies under blankets. Basically saying the witness had viewed these exhibits before today.

All this current badgering of this witness is doing, IMO is calling further attention to the multiple victims of DB. Loosing

Yep. How is this line of questioning helpful to DB’s case? Sounds more like questions the prosecution would ask.

DB:
“Please explain how your 9 yr old son was ripped out of your hands”

Witness:
”He was hit by the vehicle and was thrown and knocked unconscious.“

One minute he’s acting like Kanye West, next minute he’s Perry Mason.

Maybe he is bipolar?
Remember the movie “Catch Me If You Can” where Frank Abagnale watched all those Perry Masons to pretend to be a lawyer (a true story too)? Maybe Defendant Brooks watched a bunch of Law and Order. Abagnale pulled it off though.

It would make me sick if I was that dad on the stand and hearing DB actually say my kids‘ names. Saying he threw his child. Just wow.

I am in awe of the judge's patience and amazed at the disrespect she has allowed him to get away with.
I have honestly never seen a defendant get away with what this guy has. Seriously.

Thank you. I forgot I was watching on one of the news stations and they switched it off without warning. I'm probably glad I missed that part.

Examples of #DarrellBrooks objections:
Pros: What does this photo reflect to you?
Brooks: Objection, leading the witness.
Pros: Does this diagram appear to be associated w/people in this group?
Brooks: Hearsay.
Pros: How is that depicted?
Brooks: Leading the witness

Can someone please explain to me how he has talked about his constitutional rights yet he's a sovereign citizen who does not believe the laws apply to him.He uses it when it suits him.He can't have it both ways.

He's really showing his *advertiser censored* today.

Evidently, sovereign citizens only recognize constitutional rights (not laws).

Despite my totally ridiculous statement... I honestly think this is correct (at least where Darhell is concerned)

Two key words were claimed and spoken today in court, one by each side:

Parade Witness: "terrorism"
DB: "treason"

This is 2022

Day Five, the SUV did it! This painful mockery of the judicial system was delayed, by an act of God. A tornado warning. Even God couldn't stand it any longer.

He's starting the day being argumentative. Judge needed a break before even starting.

Yikes :eek::eek::eek:

Jury came in and went back out because Brooks won't be quiet. Judge just threatened to remove him from courtroom. I do hope she does. He's worse than a bad toddler! He needs a time out!

His goal...to delay the inevitable.
He's toast, he knows it...and he knows how to get under her skin

Yesterday was 17 interruptions and a 50 minute Brooks rambling. Judge pointed out she was abundantly patient with him. He's now muted again and arguing with judge still.
