Now that we know DB is just using his PD’s notes to question witnesses I realize he’s really not bright at all. I think he’s good at playing word games but not a strategic thinker at all. He likes to play “gotcha” games to feel smarter.

When being asked by Brooks why he didn't aim at the tire to stop the vehicle and after already explaining that shooting the tire won't stop the vehicle, Officer states "I am trained to stop the threat. You were the threat, not the vehicle"

Am I alone in feeling like even if someone elects to defend themselves, the state should at.least provide a 2nd chair attorney to assist them. This is sad watching him waste peoples time.

Ohhh, I bet officer is happy that's done. Time to get stuff done while on an hour lunch recess. They'll run court until 4:30-5p. It's been a long week, judge said. Can you imagine?!

I've kept a tally of his objections per witness; there may have been a couple more that I missed:

11:27 = 19
12:30 = 21

They are planning to view the vehicle on Tuesday.
