"I don't understand" will be his appeal. Opper is great....she is doing all possible to avoid an appeal and trying to close this.

Yep. She want this done and over with.

Being that he is representing the plantive. I'm not sure how he can afford not to be present at the presentation of evidence into the record. If he does not show up he will be unable to object 6,000 times to whatever the prosecution says while there.

I think it is a bad situation if he does not go. He will say he did not "understand" the situation and we will be hearing about this non stop.

It's interesting that the prosecution is avoiding saying the word prejudicial as the reason they are changing the document wording. That is a word they do not want him latching onto.

  • #526
Someone told him to say "good morning" to each witness.

The prosecution is purposely not publishing these videos to the jury at this time, just using these witnesses to admit them into court. They have a plan…maybe to use to impeach his testimony if he decides to testify, or use on a rebuttal, or use at closing, or use to corroborate testimony from another of their witnesses.

I hope one of these videos has him getting rid of his grey hoodie.

None of the witnesses say Good Morning back to him.

Oh by the way, Good morning y’all! What’s in these videos?

Is the court going to address subject matter jurisdiction?

Do all the witnesses know this is DB and that he's claiming to be a sovereign citizen?

Woo-hoo, they got the shoes and hoodie.

he probably will change his mind and go...they probably should have gone over all of this with him yesterday.
Maybe they can promise him a Happy Meal with a toy on the way back from the ride in the car. He would change his mind. He acts like a 3 year old.

Yay! I missed this…did they say what kind of shoes? Were they GB Packer flip flops as he professed over and over about with the detective when he was apprehended?

Kind of. They were slides with Milwaukee Brewers logo.

And yet he is representing himself ?
Smh.
I feel for the witnesses.
DB is a cold monster.

Court in recess while the jury is taken to view the red SUV. They will then take their lunch break. Return at 1pm CT/2pm ET. NOTE: We (Law&Crime) will obtain a video of the jury view taken by the sheriff's dept., later today.

NOTE: Despite earlier objections about going to view the red SUV with the jury, FOX6 News learned the defendant did indeed go to the jury view of the SUV.

Watch, he will go to the garage to see the vehicle.

First he doesn't want to go because of relevancy despite the vehicle being evidence, then he wonders how it is being done without his consent despite being told it has already been ruled on and his objection noted for the record (like 10 times), then he is making words about shackles and shocks, then he tells the judge that she is violating his constitutional rights but in the end - he'll go.

His ego won't let him miss this opportunity.

Mr. Brooks is representing the defendant - himself. The DAs office counsel represents the plaintiff - the state.
