No questions allowed and the police chief looked like he was trying not to cry still wondering if adult caregiver is Vang who also has a child molestation charge but isn't a registered SO.

2. Child must be in danger of serious bodily harm or death.
3. Initiating agency must have enough descriptive information about the child, the suspect and/or the suspect vehicle to believe an immediate broadcast alert will help locate the child.

Notes: AMBER Alert is not to be used for runaways or family abductions unless the child's life is in danger.

The AMBER Alert plan is for the safe recovery of missing children that a law enforcement agency believes have been abducted and are in danger of serious bodily harm or death. Strict adherence to the criteria is essential in order to prevent the AMBER Alert plan from losing credibility and becoming less effective.

i went for a run on the mariners trail last night, and when i was finished i drove up into two rivers to just go for a drive. I ended up on Mishicot road, drove past the search party and they have half the city there looking for him, Continued north on Mishicot road, turned left to Saint John Saint James church & School, it seems that was another outpost for volunteer's and rescue teams. all down that road there were sidebysides and other search vehicles. Also saw some boats by a boat ramp, may have been fishers, but probably search and rescue boats searching the West twin river.

I understand that but to me a family abduction has no threat to the rest of the community. With the arrests in this case (although we don’t know what for) I presume this is a “familial” type case.

Maybe “remain vigilant” means something different to him that it does me. Maybe he just means “keep your eyes open” for Elijah. To me it means, “stay aware to protect yourself or loved ones”. To Merriam-Webster vigilant means- : alertly watchful especially to avoid danger.
