Give me a link. I’ve read those it doesn’t quite say that. If I remember the wording right.

First page of every new thread has all the press conferences and videos, etc.

Regarding any reaction during the invasion/double murder/ Jayme's disappearance by JC, DC, or Jayme herself, I wanted to mention the bodies natural physiological reaction FIGHT vs FLIGHT.

The fight-or-flight response occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival and is unique to the individual. One may think they would respond a certain way to a situation but one doesn't necessarily know until they are in it.

I find it difficult going back and forth at times because of the variables and or the combination of variables just in their responses alone without any evidence shared by LE. MOO

Flight, fright, and freeze is also common.

Why does it feel like the more time goes by, the less facts we know. Just found this latest tweet by Paul Blume:

Paul Blume (@PaulBlume_FOX9) on Twitter

I sat down w/ Denise Closs side of family for this interview. They *believe* James was at work that afternoon. But acknowledged they don't know that with 100% certainty. One of the issues I am working to confirm. Thx for question. #FindJayme #FindJaymeCloss

I have wondered if James stayed home from that kid party, to drink beer and watch the NFL football games on TV that day and night .

random thought.....
if the perp had shut off the electricity at the main breaker box Jim might have attempted to go outside to see what's up and upon opening the door, seeing a person, realizing they must have shut it off, shut the door, the perp kicked it in and all heck broke loose, would fit how the heck this happened with him being at the door and it being kicked in at the same time without him (Jim) having a weapon. (Of course, I'm not sure Jim didn't have a weapon and it was stolen by the perp.)
I came up with this thought as y'all were talking about snipping phone lines.

Front door overhead light was on in news video from the scene the first day.

Thanks for sharing this. I didn't think myself that the casino was involved. I thought one of two scenarios could have taken place:

1. looking at video footage of cars driving by around the times before and after the crime was committed.

2. to rule out that either Denise or James were at the casino that night, or just before the murders happened. As in, maybe James came home to the murderers already being in the home, maybe he tried to kick down the door and when he succeeded, they shot him right away.
By now I’d certain LE is aware of every time James or Denise stepped foot on casino property. They have most likely also compiled a list of every license plate on property for who knows how long. Cars driving past probably can’t be positively identified by license plate, but they surely have every make/model that drove past. That casino is going to be a wealth of information, it’s just a matter of figuring out whether any of it is relevant.

Jmo it is so ordinary to still have a landline listed, but not active. I doubt very much phone lines are cut these days, unless the perp is a caveman.

unless trying to defeat a security system. moo. nothing said about a security system in this case though.

That is what my ex-husband would have done, for sure. Not go to a child’s party.

I find it odd that someone had the presence of mind to contact 911 with Denise's cell phone but not say anything; with only background noise/commotion heard and maybe "help."

Again, so little known.
If a perp hung it up he’d probably pocket it and take that phone with him. Why would he willingly leave it as evidence? If a commotion was in the background, the call wasn’t near the perp so I’m not thinking he hung it up. I wonder though if Denise knew she’d made the call successfully and was aware of someone heading towards her if she hung it up hoping to conceal the fact the call had been made and help was hopefully on the way? If a perp hung it up, I wonder why they didn’t take it with them?

Unless he thought/knew the phone could be traced to he/them.

I wonder if he/they may have thought it would be possible to trace/ping it if he took it with him (even if shut off). I know at least on WS, I’ve seen the question posed before, whether it was traceable once turned off. I think not everyone knows how that works. So I do think its possible the perp hung it up or threw it or whatever.

I simply wondered if one has to walk out of a casino with a pile of money. I would hate to do that no matter what
That’s always your choice. The casino will always cut you a cashier’s check if you prefer.

Security would show if someone was following. imo
Absolutely. If James was in the casino that night LE almost certainly has a full list by now of every single person on property including lots of pics of anyone not identified. But I have no reason to believe he was in the casino, seems like out of control speculation to me.

Sorry but you have totally confused me now? A couple of pages ago (40, post#797) i quoted from usnews.com dated 16 October that Robert Naiberg, Denise's father, had confirmed that James was working that Sunday instead of going to the family gathering. I asked if we knew that was correct and you replied yes we did, it had been known for a couple of weeks - fair enough. Yet now you say that you wondered if James had stayed at home that day instead of going to the party to watch football that day & night - i don't follow? Apologies if i've missed something!

Does anyone know whether the investigators have given a specific reason for excluding Kyle T. Jaenke-Annis as a suspect? If not, I can't believe this board isn't focusing more (if not exclusively) on this guy.

I mean, he broke into the house, knew exactly where Jayme's room was located, took clothing (possibly including underwear, depending on your source), and when asked why he took the clothes and whatever other odds and ends answered that he didn't think anyone would miss the object and that he was interested in what size Jayme was/is. Combine that with the fact that he works at the Turkey factory and I think we have to be nuts not to view him as the prime suspect, regardless of what the police say.

But why, then, would they charge him only for the burglary/theft/trespass, you may ask. My guess is that the police felt that, if Jayme were being held somewhere, their best bet at locating her in time to help rested with tracking Jaenke-Annis once he bonded out. Again, maybe he was at work or something when the crime occurred, but he definitely could have been helping someone out by collecting the clothes from the house.

Am I way off base here?

No two vehicles means two cars in the area. If they were parked and no one from them was involved that’s all they have. Two random
Unrelated cars in the area. One or both could be related or not. We don’t know. I hope LE knows.
When reading about crime regarding the casinos in that area it appears that many incidents and arrests occur in the parking lots of these casinos. There was just one case where a couple was found passed out from drugs with guns and a bullet proof vest. Why would they have that stuff sitting in a casino parking lot? Looking for an opportunity to commit a crime? Follow someone? Crazy stuff. Wonder how attentive the casino people are to parking lot activity and vehicles that come and go?
Just curious if anyone knows how local LE and Tribal LE interact? Does county LE have jurisdiction to conduct investigations on reservation casinos/land?
