*Preliminary Hearing [Drug charges] (@ 1:30pm ET) - WI - 2 children (ages 2 & 4) were found naked in a completely wild, unkept state at a Waukesha apartment that was a complete & total mess on May 20, 2025. *James Vernon Domoracki (36/now 37) “father” charged (5/20/25 with 2 counts of child abandonment. Bond set at $35K. Waukesha County
Judge Anthony C. Nehls presiding. Prosecuting attorney Kennedy Cutts.. Defense attorney –none listed.
