“The evidence will show, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he caused the death of Harper Price with intent to kill her and he hid the corpse of the child without any legal authority to do so,” Kohl said.

Defense attorney Anna Elizabeth Hartz argued there is too much doubt to convict him because Kruckenberg Anderson and the teen mom were teens whose narrative changed, and no one really knows the truth of what happened.

*Trial continues (Day 7)-VERDICT REACHED! (@ 8:30am CT) - WI – Harper Price (1 day old) (Born on Jan. 5, 2021) at home & child taken from home & given to an unidentified 3rd party & child has not been seen since-per “father” of baby. Reported missing by girl's father on Jan. 9, 2021. Found Jan. 10, 2021 deceased, shot twice in head. Albany, Green County, Jan. 9, 2021) - *Logan T. Kruckenberg-Anderson (16/now 21) arrested (1/10/21) & charged (1/12/21) with 1st degree intentional homicide & hiding a corpse. Will be charged as an adult. Plead not guilty. $1M Bond. Bond modification denied (7/29/24). Green County
Trial began on 10/27/25 with jury selection & ended on 10/27/25. 15 Jurors [12 jurors & 3 alternates].
Jury deliberated (11/5/25) for 2 ½ hours – Verdict:
GUILTY on both charges.
Trial began on 10/28/25 & ended on 11/4/25.
State rested their case on 11/4/25 & defense also rested their case on 11/4/25. Jury received case on 11/5/25.
Judge ruled (4/16/23) Kruckenberg-Anderson will be tried as an adult.
