I was thinking about times in my childhood when I was ill. That is a great reminder! I tend to get inpatient, so this has been quite a lesson on slowing down and having patience.
My mother used to reassure me, when I was sick or hurt, that it will get worse before it gets better. She wasn't a medical professional or a psychologist, and sometimes wrong. I realize now that those words actually were beneficial to me, at least emotionally. I was always mentally prepared for a "bad" day, and also had hope that I had to get through the worst of it before I would feel better.
So, Seenit hang in there and maybe you'll feel worse before you feel better.
