waiting for approval from a mod on whether I can paraphrase what was posted on facebook.....as soon as I do I'll post

If it is a public page, you can, just not copy the post.

Well, by mother and grandmother stating that absolutely she would not have wandered out of the home by herself-they are basically saying someone must have come in and abducted her. But, how does that happen when someone saw her (I assume in bed) at 6:30 and you have at least 5 other people (A's 4 other siblings and mother) in the house and who knows if grandmother or sister or father/boyfriend might live there also. With possibly a housefull of people how does is it not noticed till 9:30?:waitasec:
I'm sure police already have a theory!:banghead:

And did anyone try to retrieve her from the river...

Was the door open at the home, as a child would be likely to leave it? Had it been left unlocked? Does anyone know...

I hate when media slacks and we have to rely on facebook to get any kind of info on cases.

Mother's past history does not come in to play with Aliayah being missing unless enemies have been made along the way.

Finding Aliayah is what is important. Just posting to give a bit of background information. Not saying that any of this is "in play" with Aliayah being missing but sure hope that there is a parallel investigation going on as to where she could be.

Aliayah may be in the river, however, there have been a lot of footsteps and experts involved in searching these two days and no leads have surfaced as yet.

Am not closing my eyes to an abduction at this point. Where is daddy and who was in the house that night - these questions need to be answered.

I hate to bring back bad memories, but are 3-year olds going to unlock doors to go outside and then close them behind them?

So where are the two women? Did the dog chase them into the water too?

Believe it or not, no one is even questioning the lady who posted that.

Ummm... I can kinda see some enemies made along the way with the info you provided. :( Some MAJOR enemies you never want to make...

I don't know why this made me laugh...

Police say they've dealt with missing persons cases in the past, but Aliyah's is unlike any other.
"Right now there are no clues leading us anywhere. No clues. It's like she's just disappeared," Posey said.

I'm not liking the sound of this

Why are moms eyes shifting back and forth when her mother is speaking of Aliayah and at the end of the video why does mom shake her head "no" when she says "we just want her home."? She starts out shaking her head in an affirmative manner when she's asking for help but then it's the "no" shake when she speaks of wanting her home.

I don't know that it has been determined Lena is the custodial parent of all 5 of her children. Up thread a local mentioned hearing only the youngest children reside with Lena. and they may be too young to notice if anything was amiss around them.

Was this a trailer? Those doors will go shut with the wind but they make a noise.

Am I allowed to paraphrase what is posted on a public facebook page?

You may paraphrase and link, BUT ONLY IF the facebook is related to the case. If this is the mom's facebook or a "find Aliayah" facebook, it would be okay.

Yesterday as I was noticing the backgrounds of various pictures, I began to wonder about living arrangements.

No telling who lives where.

STOP! Hey Guys - listen up, please. We don't sleuth minors at WS. We don't talk about their facebook pages, etc.

Also, WS does not condone members inserting themselves into cases. If you do that - you do it on your own and you are not allowed to talk about it here. This is the second warning on this subject that I have put in the thread.

Please pay attention, because there will be no more warnings. These are rule violations that WS takes very seriously.

Thanks!

Weston, West Virginia:

Weston is located at 39°2′31″N 80°28′12″W (39.041857, -80.469929),[8] along the West Fork River at its confluence with Stonecoal Creek.[9]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.4 km²), all of it land.

The city is crossed by Interstate 79, U.S. Route 19, U.S. Route 33 and U.S. Route 119.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weston,_West_Virginia

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 4,317 people, 1,942 households, and 1,172 families residing in the city.

1.7 sq miles with about 5,000 people total and nobody saw or heard Aliayah from 6:30 to 9:30 on the morning of the 24th. This is a small town in a small area.

I don't think Aliayah wandered off and got into the river. Dogs barking and chasing her into the river - heck that would have woke up the whole town and they would still be talking about it. Disappeared with no trace in a small town does not bode well for this precious baby imo.
