OH I'll bet I do friend. The same thoughts likely occurred to me. Almost guarantee it.

I want to know who the baby daddy is because I was under the impression part of her restrictions involved Ralph because of the drug issues.

And I don't think its a disease either of those [unusual women] have (Jerice Hunter or Lena Lunsford). I think its straight income and entitlement opportunity. Period.

Forgive my lack of knowledge about this case, I havent followed it closely in awhile. Is this pregnancy mentioned in the article a different pregnancy than the one where she was pregnant with twins? If so what happened to the twins? I'm assuming they were taken into state custody at birth and that any future children she has will be too. I know there are people who would disagree but some people need to be sterilized or get mandatory depo shots.

Yes, this is a different pregnancy. Gosh, the twins would be eighteen months or so by now? All the children were removed, thank goodness and I don't know why this child would be allowed to remain with her. She was deemed unfit previously.

TL, you think Lena feels she will be able to keep this child and obtain State aid? Surely her probation officer has notified the State she is pregnant again, right?

Even if she is restricted from getting SNAP because of her previous welfare fraud, she would still get moved to the front of the list for assistance from charitable organizations, housing, etc due to the child. Not to mention the sympathy vote by using the child to manipulate. I think she is probably just that stupid.

A federal judge will hear arguments later this month on a plan to move the mother of a missing West Virginia girl from Wheeling to the Clarksburg area, where she says publicity about the disappearance has made her a "social pariah."

She's also now pregnant with her eighth child.

Lunsford's other six children are in state care, and the state Supreme Court has upheld a Lewis County judge's order terminating her parental rights.

Ahhhh yes TL, but not from the Clarksburg area. Apparently the folks up in Wheeling don't know who she is and what she did to Aliayah and her other six children. That's why she wants to stay there.

Are federal court records viewable? If so, can someone link me please?
