Lunsford also is barred from having contact with a convicted felon whom she met during her placement at a halfway house in Wheeling after she was released from prison earlier this year. Fugate said in a court filing last week that Lunsford is pregnant with his child.

IMO Lena only hangs with felons. Those poor babies!!!!!!

I fully agree that Lena Lunsford shouldn't have contact with convicted felons. But, I'm puzzled about how the state could have prevented that given the fact that she was staying at a halfway house (which is made for convicted felons).

I'm also at a loss of how the state could bar her from continued contact with the convicted felon - who is now the father of her baby to be.

I'm not an LL fan. Far from it. I think either she "disappeared" Aliayah herself or was a direct accomplice in the matter. However, how can you put her in a halfway house and then chastise her for fraternizing with convicted felons? How can they prevent it now that the felon is the father to be?

Today is National Missing Children's Day, so of course I think firstly of Aliayah, and then of all the other sweet babies who are out there missing. God bless all of them.

But Fugate said in the court filing that he will agree to Lunsford staying in Wheeling because her treatment provider determined that relocating her would have an adverse effect.

What type of "adverse effect" does Lena's treatment provider feel the relocation would have?

Fugate said she violated conditions of her original release plan by missing classes at the college, having unauthorized contact with the convicted felon and being terminated from a YWCA program in which she was required to participate.

Seems to me, she is successfully blowing it already right there in Wheeling!! The Father of the baby she is pregnant with now is a convicted felon, great.
Still no one mentions the fate of this unborn child?

Are surprised? SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This woman does not seem to understand what a consequence is.

On a positive note; the charges they keep arresting her for a fairly minor. I think someone is keeping the pressure on her in hopes she will break. Wonder how much time if any, this will get her and could some kind of offer be made in exchange for information? Just a thought ...

Keep it up Lena, the more times you screw up, the more leverage LE will exert.

sigh. I really do not know what to say about LL's recent rearrest that hasn't already been covered. Bone tired. Mentally drained. These "parents" - these children. So many its mind numbing.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Lena Lunsford at 10 a.m. Wednesday at a Wheeling college where she had been taking classes.
