His wife is related to Fulks

Is anyone going to go to Jimmy Hysell's property and dig for Samantha? Why isn't LE taking cadaver dogs to his property....like yesterday?

The man reporting this on his FB is clearly sober and doesn't vary from this topic, so he's likely not delusional (crazy). I'm baffled that LE hasn't acted on this. I know Jimmy's wife is a correctional officer, but dang.....people's loved ones could be buried on her property and all it would take is a cadaver dog to find them. Wth?

BRING SAMANTHA HOME!

Agree. This should have happened a week ago. He is close to Canada for his own safety. LE is sure dropping the ball on this one.

Interesting Fulks gave up where Ms. Donovan was buried but hasn't given up Ms. Burns location. Sounds like these guys been playing games all these years.
---------------------------------------------------------------

On November 26, Basham told investigators that Burns was dead and that he and Fulks had rolled her body down an embankment and into the Guyandotte River near Huntington.

During a phone interview in December 2002, Basham called a former teacher of his from Kentucky, and when the teacher asked if he killed Donovan, Basham replied, "Yes, sir. We killed them."

Donovan, 44, was kidnapped from a Walmart parking lot. Her remains were found in 2009, after Fulks gave investigators information.

Fulks also helped authorities in 2009 and lead them to Donovan's remains in Horry County, after several failed attempts and incorrect directions given by the men.

They could remember where their one victim was buried, but not the one buried on their relative's property. How convenient.

Jimmy states that he is fearful of being found by law enforcement, but every time he posts to his Facebook page he is hitting a cellphone tower which can lead law enforcement to his location. This is illogical behavior. Jimmy also tried to show his location to "someone with his last name" while on FB. That's also illogical if he's trying to hide from law enforcement as everyone viewing his page could see it (if the video hadn't dragged).

Illogical behaviors for someone trying to hide from law enforcement + paranoia + his wife has a restraining order on him + his wife hasn't made her FB page private even after being accused by him of a horrible crime = Jimmy may need medical treatment.

Sherrie Fulks posted on Jimmy's page that her family is NOT related to Jimmy's wife.

It's possible that They remember everything but choose to control the info for their own sick entertainment...IMO

I'm following the FB posts. I'm so conflicted on this entire ordeal. Today he mentions 6 burner phones?? It would be really strange for 6 burners to be kept for 15 years. I guess the burners could be related to something else.

I always want to give someone the benefit of doubt but something just doesn't seem right. Either way, I feel LE has an obligation to at least look into it.

Maybe it takes time to get the warrant to search. I'm not sure if it would need to be a Fed warrant since FBI has the case or if it would be ok with just a local warrant.

If something of interest is found there that will be great for the families, but it would bring up the question of who moved the remains OR was all the case testimony about being in WV near the river false? Also were the remains moved after the wife purchased the property which appears to have been in 2012 (just from looking at auditor records).

From Fulks testimony-

Fulks then followed Basham in Severance's van to a secluded area by the Ohio River. Fulks parked some distance from Burns's car, and in such a way that his view of the passenger side of the car was obstructed. He observed Basham exit the driver's side of the car and walk around to the passenger's side. He saw nothing else until about twenty minutes later when Basham-alone-drove Burns's car to where Fulks was parked and informed Fulks that he wanted to burn the vehicle in order to remove any fingerprints. After buying gasoline, Basham set fire to Burns's car on a rural road near Lavalette, West Virginia, and he and Fulks returned to the Kenova motel. From that point forward, Basham wore, on a chain around his neck, a heart-shaped ring that was later determined to belong to Burns.

Jimmy's wife's address is in a neighborhood surrounded by other houses.

Jimmy's wife has never been a correctional officer. She is not Tina Severance.

In one of Jimmy's Facebook videos and posts,
https://www.facebook.com/jimmy.hysell.5/posts/495837910758299?pnref=story
Jimmy stated that the body of a television photographer (Millard Aldridge) and the hammer used to kill him were in Rebecca's backyard.

Mr. Aldridge was found murdered and was then BURIED in 1998. His body is NOT hidden in a hole in Rebecca's backyard. Here is a photo of his tombstone at his grave in Elmwood Cemetery (WV).
