The word "missing" is a misnomer in his case, especially as it relates to Gabby. She is missing. He willfully walked away from his home. So, BL is missing. If my 22-year-old son, left the house with a backpack, I do not think the police would consider him missing, even if I would be worried. However, if BL has issues, then he becomes endangered missing. He needs to be found to help Gabby.
IMO, BL does what he wants, when he wants, regardless of who it impacts. I think he drove the van back to Florida because it was convenient for him. He doesn't want to help LE, so he refuses.
He's very young yet bald. That's fairly distinctive IMO.
Yes, and quite probably the source of his insecurity.
Still have it, I hopeIt's pretty good. I've used it in many of my hikes. I add it to my trails and even if there is no mobile service, it keeps track of my position. Haven't gone on a hike after 2018 though because I had a baby.
Exactly, in a town in which people are extremely frustrated with him and his parents.I doubt this. They just assumed he went for an innocent hike in the middle of a missing person case his a part of?
I'd honestly be shocked if he wasn't found by tomorrow. This case has become a media frenzy, and even people who don't typically follow this stuff closely, are doing so.
Nowhere to hide, at least, for very long.
Bolded: On that note, what if he isn't caught. What if he does harm himself? I'm wondering what the chances are that he told his parents what happened. Would they be willing to pass that infomation on. I just don't know. His family might have given him some cash before he left, but at some point he will need more financial support. How can his family anonymously continue to finance him? I'm sure every financial move made by his family and friends will be closely monitored by LE. How is he going to communicate with his family or his financial supporter? A burner phone? That can be traced also. If he takes any medications, how will he get those?
The only job he could possibly get would be for cash.
I don't see him being able to be on the run for long. Hopefully when he is caught, he will give Gabby's family some peace and honestly tell them what happened.
Prayers for Gabby's family.
I'm leaning this way too. A picture of calculation is beginning to appear.
It is not accurate. Mine says PR right now too to prove a point and I have never been there and just signed up today. It is an app where you can record your hikes. Apparently you can look up other people on the app. Earlier this evening my husband and I tested it and went to the app and BL’s phone did in fact show up in North Port FL and GP’s in Puerto Rico. Again, I don’t know if this is accurate though. IMO
the app or my baby? hahahha...Still have it, I hope
Yeah I know. It's just important to figure out where he is, so they can properly monitor him going forward. That will be good so they can at least put a tail on him. But what else can they do if they still haven't charged him with anything.

frustrated with him, his parents and law enforcement apparently.Exactly, in a town in which people are extremely frustrated with him and his parents.
I disagree. Shaving your head voluntarily is different to have a receding hairline. He did not shave his head, he kept hold of the hair he still had.I can't really agree. It may be cultural, but here in NYC it's a very common look, on guys from their 20s on up. Kind of a buff gym rat look, very often. Like The Rock. Definitely not a source of insecurity, and we still don't know for a fact if that was actually one of Brian's issues.
I was really hoping at the very least, we'd get some kind of statement from the parents like, "He left her at ***, and hasn't seen her since." Not that I think it would be 100% truthful, but I thought we'd get something beyond just their sketchy son not coming back after a sketchy "hike."Bolded: On that note, what if he isn't caught. True, because as we remember in the bodycam 75 min. footage, as B was sitting on the curb, he asked the officer if he could go sit in the shade. I believe B said, "Because I'm bald." I didn't sense an ounce of shame or apology in the way he asked it.I can't really agree. It may be cultural, but here in NYC it's a very common look, on guys from their 20s on up.
