Actually I was pretty alarmed at the things that people were writing. There were really morbid things that people were saying, about dismembering him, torturing him, etc.

Don't take that to mean that I am "taking sides" or anything like that. It's just, let's not lower ourselves to his level, ya know? It's better to STFU and let the courts handle this.

I actually flagged his FB page last night and sent a note to FB asking that it be blocked. I don't want those posts to do a single thing to damage the court case. I don't want there to be a single chance that our (rightful) anger could possibly create the conditions for the prosecution not to get a conviction.

Sorry. I did LOL at them.....:blushing: my sense of humor may be off....I dunno...but to put the states case in danger, I agree

I forgot to add .. .this was also during a time period that he was incommunicado on social media. I think 2 weeks after he left? Or 2 weeks before he returned, can't remember, now page is down.

I was searching this last night, per his FB page... he said he was going to be gone on July 15 and he made his next post on August 24.

Still wondering how witnesses came up with "white hair" and "55-60 years old". I guess a young person might be a poor judge of age (everyone over 30 probably looks elderly to a 12 year old)... but white hair?

It was appalling. Thank you for doing that.

And not even the strawberry blond from the later description. Puzzling.
But I can see how he would look like an older man in some lights and circumstances.

Well the witnesses called the vehicle a sedan. It was the victim that identified the vehicle as an SUV.

I feel really sorry for the ex-wife and kids. The tone of her public statement makes me think she had her own suspicions that something was up bc it is not an unequivocal statement of support for him. I just hope the children who may be in school are not alerted to these facts by other schoolmates.

This seems like a first time offense. There are so many mistakes and panicked actions that I am sure it seems like it will be a strong case against the perp.

This little girl is very strong. I hope she is doing ok, as ok as one can do at least.she has saved other lives.

He actually has red hair (bright), so I have to wonder if he dyed it when seeing the most recent picture just posted. Don't know what to think about the other 2 girls that mentioned white hair, but they're young & he did have a white SUV, so could they have confused some things? Maybe?

I think children who saw a crime would have trouble describing everything they saw. He supposedly had a tan baseball cap on, then descriptions go to what was he wearing, what color, did you see his shoes, describe his car, what color was he, which direction did he go? Exact descriptions can be difficult for adults, let alone children. The victim in this case did an awesome job.

It is so important not to voice out opinions of his guilt that is the LE and FBI's job.(OT) Years ago with the OJ trial a young woman saw him near Nicoles home and they could not use that in court because she went public with it . Let's not give any information of judgement on this perp let the Law handle it. Moo God Bless those hunter's for finding her.

He clearly changes his "look" a lot so he probably went straight out and dyed his hair.

He's actually quite grey at the temples, so with a hat on, I can see them thinking his hair was lighter than it is. If he dyed his hair, that's a bad dye job.
