All these hearings is why trials take so long to get started. I hate defense attorneys and their delay tactics.
In this case I hope it delays for years....
No hurry...
I only care about the Krim family..
Let this "B" rot....

Thanks for keeping us updated on this ... As I am not following this case situation too closely nowadays because of George Zimmerman trial happening... Good to be updated on this story though...This is new. Marina was home, blogging, at least part of that day. How can this be true? Certainly Marina would have noticed this type of behavior and never left her babies with her!
"She also revealed apparent psychotic behavior exhibited by Ortega on the morning of the murder, when she invited herself into the apartment of a neighbor.
The neighbor wasn't home but her 19-year-old niece was "extremely uncomfortable" by the presence of Ortega, who was pacing back and forth after making breakfast.
When the girl went to her room to hide, Ortega knocked and said, "Please come out. I can't be alone. I'm afraid," Rosenbaum said.

Killer nanny Yoselyn Ortega heard voices telling her to kill people before viciously stabbing to death two small children, according to a doctor who testified Monday that Ortega's not mentally fit for trial.
Dr. Karen Rosenbaum, a forensic psychiatrist, began interviewing Ortega at New-York Presbyterian/Weill-Cornell Medical Center three weeks after the sickening slays on Oct. 25 of the two angels entrusted in her care.
Ortega, who slit her own throat after stabbing the children, was delirious and depressed as she recovered from her self-inflected wounds, Rosenbaum said.
"When I asked if she wanted to live or die, she began to sob and said, 'I don't know,'" Rosenbaum, a doctor for Ortega's defense team, said of her November meetings with Ortega at the hospital.
"She also had been hearing voices, saying we're going to kill a lot of people. Multiple voices -- male and female -- addressing her, who she didn't recognize."
Ortega was put on anti-psychotic medication around the time of Rosenbaum's interviews.
Ortega, her dark hair pulled back in a ponytail, was calm and impassive throughout Monday's proceeding as a Spanish court interpreter whispered translations in her ear. Her family sat quietly in the audience, filling an entire row.
It is not yet clear when Justice Gregory Carro will rule on Ortega's fitness. Another witness is slated to begin Tuesday afternoon.
