From 21 21st Ave in Hickory to Christy Rd, google plots the most likely route although I may have an alternate soon. This map shows the dudley/burns rd also.

While looking at this map I noticed Dudley Shoals also intersects 321 enroute to Christy, so the question arises if the route was to Dudely/Burns first or Christy first. I haven't a feel for it yet.

3. Turn right at 16th Ave NW 0.5 mi
4. Turn left at 6th St NW 0.4 mi
5. Turn right at 12th Ave NW 0.9 mi

7. Slight left at 15th Ave NW 371 ft
8. Take the 1st right onto US-321 N 7.5 mi
9. Turn right at Cedar Valley Estates Rd/Lower Cedar Valley Rd
Continue to follow Lower Cedar Valley Rd 0.4 mi
10. Slight left at Deal Mill Rd 0.5 mi
11. Turn left at Pine Mountain Rd 1.0 mi
12. Turn right at Christy Rd
Destination will be 0.3 mi

When everyone wanted to know EB's addresses prior to AB, I started putting together a map of all her known addresses going back to the 80's (some might be earlier). (Big thanks to Patty G for posting this info in the Stickies.) I was going to post it, but I see Wenwe beat me to it. The addresses are listed in rough chronological order. I don't know the dates for 2393 Carefree Ct, but is one of the first listed. Anyway, I thought it was interesting because of its proximity to Christie Rd and the latest search site.

I (and no doubt others) am following this case from Australia and the maps assist greatly in keeping me/us orientated.
My heart breaks everyday with the things I read, I cry inside, (and I am a big bloke) but Zahras gorgeous smile is burnt into my mind and I just cant stay away. I need to know that she will be found and laid to rest with dignity.
The plight of that little Aussie angel makes me hug my own daughter just that little bit harder.

I think there's something we're missing too. Why go up to Christie? Dudley Shoals/Burns I can understand, she used to live there. Fits the pattern. Christie doesn't. So why there? And why would SAR go to Indian Grave? Had to be a reason other than someone saying, "Hey, here's a deserted road!". LE wouldn't have spent man hours on some random hunch, I wouldn't think. Assuming, of course, EB/AB isn't just feeeding them a load of crap.

Christie Rd: HIGH in drug accessibility!!! Burns/dudley: the waterfalls at this creek was a popular spot to meet druggies to pick up/sale your drugs. Both of these were extremely well know drug sites when LE was younger....so where else can any locals suggest other than drag strip rd ( we already know that one)? This is just not a coincidence its EB's old or current stomping grounds. Indian grave Rd....I dont know any info there at all.

Local here and just wanted to say 321 is the most traveled highway around here. They could of also went through Dudley and got on 127 to go back and forth to their home in Hickory. Just my .02.

Let's also just assume for a moment the neighbors were right about EB/AB acting suspicious in 4010 Phillip Lane area. If they dumped something there too (but we just haven't found it), this route is dead on!

I thought LE had searched extensively there, with dogs, and came up empty. I also thought this area had more to do with the mattress and that the landfill that they checked collects from this area and not Hickory? Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

I've always wondered if they dropped the mattress in that area and it was picked up for disposal from there. If they did and it was due to Zahra's death, it was likely done after the disposal of her body.

Well, Dragstrip Road isn't far from Indian Grave. But I've decided to set that area off to the side for the time being, since nothing was found on Indian Grave. The drug info in general area of what we're thinking is our "loop" though is extremely helpful, imo.

I don't know how extensively LE searched Phillips Ln. area. But I do know that they've revisted Dudley Shoals/Burns Rd area 2 times and only today found something. I'm not ruling Phillips Lane out, if others choose to, that's up to them.

Phillips Lane is the last residence prior to 21st NW. This is the trailer park where neighbors reported seeing AB/EB hanging around at night after they moved out. Don't know anything about the mattress being connected with Phillips, but I do know Phillips Lane is interesting to me for MANY reasons.

I thought maybe I was just boring people to death but felt this was the best I could do with trying to help find Zahra. I am in the Pacific NW part of the US (upper left hand corner and inland a little). I have no idea what NC looks like so I am interested and thought I would share my sleuthing out with others. Zahra has captured the hearts of all of us and we can only hope that she can be put to rest and that the person(s) responsible are punished to the full extent of the law.

Hmmm, so Mission Rd, is directly across Hickory Blvd. from Lower Cedar? That's even more interesting. I thought it was up a ways.
