Right. It seems to me that the torso was not buried, but yet... other body parts found on Gilgo were buried. IIRC All bodies/parts found in 2010?2011 (Gilgo) were buried. I can't stop wondering the "when" of all these victims.

I bet he was astonished to find out that the file he thought was long gone because he'd deleted it had been retrieved.

I still can't get over them finding that file in a deleted folder from 2000-2002 on a computer that likely had not been used in as many years, that had not been overwritten by new data!

Maybe that's why he was nodding in court - he was remembering writing that.

I recently ran across a piece of writing I wrote about 20 years ago. I didn't even recognize it, though it seemed familiar, lol.

I have no idea if you're wrong or not. To my great shame, back in the day, I became so confused trying to take notes on all the scattered, unidentified body parts that I just stopped trying to takes notes on all that. I didn't even realize until someone posted it last night that Karen Vergata's torso was never recovered. If I did know that, I absolutely forgot I knew it.

I think that interview with the French gentleman was much more recent, maybe circa 2022 IIRC? Yet with the time it seems RH was planning, have to wonder what he was doing in his Manhattan office on the computer when the visitor arrived? Wondering if anything incriminatory was found on his work computers or devices? MOO

I think he likely forgot about that file altogether after 20+ years. But when he was presented with it in writing, I think he would have immediately remembered his notes and thought, "Wow! I know I deleted all those files long ago. I was meticulous in getting rid of all that evidence because I'm so clever. How did they ever find it!" LOL. Stunned. That's what I think was going through his evil mind. His lawyer described him as being surprised by these charges. Yes, because he thought he was so smart to get away with those older murders for so long. MOO.

Hospital linens in Australia are marked with specific health care area provider on them so laundry doesn't get mixed up when outsourcing to linen companies. Do you have that system in States? If so you should be able to track it down. If AH was pilfering items for his use !!

Surgical drape can be purchased widely... Amazon, for instance. So, I don't think it was specific to a particular hospital, etc.

Great thinking but I doubt even then all were marked. They could be obtained by anyone maybe working in a medical office setting without markings even in the 90's... vets, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, dentists, etc. Maybe RH had a pal in a med office. Or maybe someone in family was ill and it was something used for at home care.

It’s like what cults do. Find people at a low period, financially broke, emotionally low and offer to help with the goal of making them submissive & exploiting / using them.

From what I’ve seen, Controllers constantly tell partner that they are nothing, dumb, ugly, undesirable, always making mistakes, couldn’t survive on their own, can’t do anything right. Controller puts everyone down, the stupid neighbors, don’t be friends with them. So nosy, don’t want them in our business.

Until the person actually cannot decide which paper towels to buy without being told. Would never question anything, because they believe they are lucky to have what they’ve got. The controller hides money, hides secret life and the people/person being controlled feels lucky for the basic minimum of attention. Controller 100% confident that he has total control.

We had the “wife” of one of these controllers at work, we saw her shrink into a skinny empty robot. He controlled her clothes (thrift shop always too big & new clothes a waste), no make up (*advertiser censored* wear it), no chapstick (smells & he’s allergic), daily calorie controlled box lunch (too fat), no drinks after work, no Xmas party, no working late, same train every day he picks her up. (no kids he couldn’t spare the extra love). No friends/no family - he only wants time with her, can’t share her. He doesn’t work, has a legal wife in another town who apparently thinks he’s a secret agent. Whole thing is crazy, she tells coworkers all this crazy crap, she will never leave him because she thinks the sun shines out his *advertiser censored*. She thinks what they have is so special, better than anyone else marriage - because who else has a partner who cares so much making the diet box lunch, doesn’t want to share you with friends or family or kids, picks up every day, buys your clothes for you at charity shop …

Controlling and abusive relationships quality for Stockholm Syndrome IMHO.

Full-service drug stores or medical supply stores sold items like that before the internet boomed. We did have modern civilization back then .

He re-enacted some things, kept personal possessions of his victims, etc. Ted Bundy used to re-visit the dump sites of some of his victims and "have sex". He talked about it before he died. Like BTK, confessing the details was another way to relive it.

Some also speculated that Rex could revisit his Gilgo Beach dump sites by pretending to be duck hunting, taking his boat over there.

I think your right, but I think there is a third dump site somewhere, I just hope LE does more searches
