I know, I can't even IMAGINE what this poor mother is going through. This was one of my first thoughts when this crime became public. Such a heinous crime, committed by your own child. So sad. My son is in trouble with the law right now, so I can empathize. It's terrible anyone would...

These are good points. My problem with the drugging theory is that IL had enough strength to "fight back" - hence the scratches and injuries he received in the struggle. I would think that if she was drugged, she would be too out of it to put up a good fight. Although we haven't be allowed...

I must have missed this information on the cooler. Where did you read that the cooler was not IL's.

They think this was a homeless person who was sleeping in the recycling receptacle - apparently it happens sometimes.

I believe the charging document stated that JC said that IL picked him up at his day labor job before the game. I'm speculating, but I would imagine she then drove the two of them to a location close to the stadium, and they then walked or Ubered to the game.

Yes, he could have gotten free drinks. For some reason though, I don't think his sister would have served him enough to get inebriated. She knew his history with alcohol. But, he probably did get a few free ones.

I see your point now. I agree, why would she want him at her place, drunk? One of the reasons I don't necessarily believe he was very drunk is that he had little to no money - this would mean that IL would have been paying for all of his expensive drinks. I think this would have gotten...

I don't believe him when he says he was heavily intoxicated. It could be true, but it seems like he just wanted to use the "blackout" excuse so he could try to escape accountability for his actions.

Also, we're assuming that he was in fact drunk - these were "his" accounts. He may have been drunk, but I don't take his word for it. Had to edit this, meant to say HE, not she in my original post!

I agree that he was most likely invited over, as the date may have been going well, initially. I don't believe this was their first time meeting - she trusted him enough to spend an entire evening with him (baseball game, bar), and may have even allowed him over at the end of the night. I...

I'm thinking he was nude during the process. My belief is that he was in the act of sexually assaulting IL when her death occurred. He kept his cloths off afterwards while he prepared her for disposal - I just hate writing out those words, sorry.

I completely agree with all of this - I do not think there was an accomplice. I believe LE is having a hard time recovering all of the remains, as it has required coordination between LE, the general public (residents) and waste management - I think they have done the best they can, given the...

I'm thinking that he was panicking at the point where he was leaving her remains - I think it's possible he just thought that the bags, etc would just end up in a landfill, and she wouldn't be found. if the idea was to have people find them, I think he would have chosen more conspicuous spots...

Just curious - I never read anything about JC using crack (although I'm sure he did). Does anyone remember where this info was found? Also, with regards to JC being high on the date with IL, I'm not sure. Maybe meth - that would allow him to get high, and then carry on with the date - being...

They are too random to describe - you'd have to just check it out. They just look like "pocket posts", if that makes sense. I hope I didn't break a rule by bringing his Facebook into the discussion.

Has anyone else looked at his Facebook? If you scroll down (under the year 2012), there are all these random posts that appear to be the result of a "cut, paste" problem - these were obviously his "email titles". It just goes to show how sloppy he really is. He says on Facebook that his...

I'm not seeing the mommy issues here either - although they are very possible. Many serial killers/psychopaths have mother full-blown mommy issues. Ted Bundy is a prime example. As far as the "Hannibal" video being pulled out to threaten his mom - I think this was just done in an alcoholic...

Interesting...I didn't know JC dabbled in the stock market. That's laughable for some reason! Do you remember the article where you read this?

I agree completely. I couldn't figure this part out. Thank you.
