Also, I'm reading that nowadays the courts give substantial weight to the parent of what is in the child's best interests and I don't think a judge is going to allow visitation to a grandfather whose daughter is at least partially responsibly for her sister's disappearance and death.

I found a website that says grandparents do not automatically have the right to visitation, they must petition the court for it. It is possible for the judge to deny it, which in this case I think would happen. None of the family would allow him to take her anywhere!

As far as I know, RS has not asked to see her. His daughter MS has been at their house several times and seen her. And I don't think grandparents have rights in Ohio. Good question, I'm gonna see what I can find out regarding it. RS doesn't dare come over to TJ's to see her, he's got that TPO...

Nothing until another pretrial for AS on the 23rd, I think, and pretrial for SK on the 29th. He is scheduled for starting his trial on Nov. 4th.

In addition, I did find out this morning that AS is with 5 other girls at this time, and they tried to put SK back into general population but it almost caused a riot, so he is still in solitary.

Prosecutor's office called little while ago to let us know that SK's trial scheduled for 10/7/13 will be postponed AGAIN! Won't know next date till then. As far as we know, coroner's report is not back yet. I think the toxicology report is the hold-up.

I think you're talking about TJ having an attorney. Terry Sr. has no problem keeping cool and not losing his temper, but I can tell you, RS does.

Does who have an attorney? If you mean TS Sr., he does not. Basically, he wants to call RS out and catch him up in his lies so EVERYONE watching will have no doubt he is lying, and hopefully LE will also see this too. IMO, he should also be under arrest for obstructing justice.
