Since I can no longer find anything to back it up either here or on The Ledger, nor on Google cache..those comments have vanished...

    Regarding the aerial views of Google maps, Bing, etc. ......they usually are not current. A lot may appear empty because the image is often may years old. There is a house a few down from me that has been there for probably 3 yrs and it still appears as an undeveloped lot on the aerial views.

    Maybe what investigatingthecase was referring to when he said "not quite" was agriculture land use? As in that article where the Birdsong was kicked off the board of the CDC. who had the nursery contract that was supposed to bring in X amount of funds...

    If you are talking about the metal sign at the corner of the fence it looks like it is just a county sign, or utility sign of some sort. I also live in FL and have seen similar ones. ETA the metal one I believe is a neighborhood watch one..lol
