Oh my...that is so sad. I know from whence she speaks and although my son wasn't murdered, he's still gone and I find myself doing the same things that she does....I go in his room and smell things and wishing he'd come back and take up where he left off. Gosh, I feel for her.... :cry:

That could be a REAL possibility....this is not a local lender and documents may have been faxed or emailed, etc. without her knowledge. Someone could have forged the signatures. The lender would have been none the wiser!
