GH interviewed Nate Eaton who had some info on the wedding photographer. Also there was an article about the photographer but I can’t find that at the moment.

I think it’s an employee at the company who did their wedding...the officiant/photographer. They told them Lori didn’t have young children. Could also be the landlady they tried to rent a room with. They told her they had no children...

What in the heck does this type of workplace safety information have to do with a situation of trying to save the life of a loved one? As a whole this has got to be the most ridiculous defense I have ever seen. All witnesses are a joke. That being said...I think Martin did intentionally kill...

Please ask him, If you are under the influence of several sedating drugs and could not help yourself and had drowned or stopped breathing while in the tub, and a grown man who was a physician trained in life saving techniques was standing over you, would you advise them to wait for more help...

I would love to see what Mr. Martinez (arias pro) would have done with this little fact. "We're her pants in the bathroom? We're they in the bedroom? Where did they go? If she was the only one home and getting ready to take a bath they would be somewhere in the house. They were never found...

Money, exactly, but also he was receiving money fraudulently from social security and the army, and I think he was worried that in the divorce proceedings when attorneys are pouring over assets that fraud would have been discovered. So he could have been facing penalties and possible jail time...

Such a good point! Why didn't the prosecutor bring that out more. Also I would've liked the pros to ask him whether it was common for him to announce when he was leaving to pick his kids up from school. Did he announce that every day for the last week or so while Michele was down in bed? I...

Defense is trying to use this witness to establish alibi..ie the phone calls to an 800 number during the 10 o'clock hour from Martin work phone. Pros said anyone could have made those calls. Weak witness. Didn't actually see martin in his office that morning.. Why didn't they ask him that...

She seems so much more dishonest than all of the inmate testimony put together. She makes a ton of excuses. It's been so long it was lonely blah blah. Why doesn't she just tell the truth? I was in jail, it sucked, everyone I knew was mad at me or poor, I needed money in my commissary real...

After hearing these letters that so contradict her testimony of a relationship that was first casual and then over, it makes me so sad and furious that they couldn't retrieve their texts. I bet they would have been hair raising. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

She is as cold as he is! He showed no emotion for his kids and wife, or poor little Ada, but is shaken up over her, who is obviously so sly and dodgy? I honestly think he did love her, and that it was a relief and a revelation to be in a relationship with someone where he could finally be his...

My husband is a utah prosecutor, and said that this defense team has a very poor reputation among fellow lawyers here. He said he doesn't know why anyone hires them because they are generally known as being pretty bad. His opinion is that a few years back they were hired on a case that became...
