Grandma To 4 That was a great post and I think you said what many of us are thinking. I have wondered the same thing. It seemed as if the church meant a lot to her and the only ones I see helping in any sense is when they helped Josh. Strange indeed....

Yes, I did see that a search is going to take place. That made me feel better, that at least some people will be looking. This case is very disturbing. I feel that Susan didn't stand a chance with that husband of hers and I only wish she could have gotten out of his clutches before it came to...

Dr.Fessel You beat me to it. I know as much as I need to know about this religion. Enough is enough.

mysticrose I have had some of the same concerns that you expressed. I wondered if Susan's family will be deprived of time with their grandchildren. I think that Susan and Josh got into an altercation, it got physical and she hit her head or something like that and died. He scooped the kids...

Josh plans to pack up Utah home

Dear Fran Please rest assured that there are plenty of us who totally agree with everything you said. I was going to post but you said it all. It is heart breaking; as a teacher I can only imagine what the kids will go through; how hard for them to lose their mother if indeed she is deceased...

Schmerty That is so nice of you to pray for the boys. I worry about them too; they have lost their mother no doubt and if dad did this he will go to jail. How do little kids interpret that? Some of my students have had family members incarcerated and it is so sad. In many ways....enough said

I think the reason I would not help him to move is because I feel it is not the right thing to do. The kids will be uprooted from anything they have known on a day to day basis and are too young to understand. He also did not help in the search. I have given this thought and have asked myself...

Doctor Woof said it all. Why in the world would she help him move? Seems odd if she is indeed, Susan's best friend. I would have trouble giving him the time of day never mind helping him.

I'd have a hard time helping him do anything. I mean, every thing points to him in some way regarding Susan's disappearance....why in the world would he and the kids move out??? How does he know she won't be back...Come on. And think about the boys, the friends that they have and there seems to...

Would Susan be in that height range? How far away from her home would that be?

You know I briefly wondered if he was going to confess after he got the kids situated but then I thought maybe I was crazy for even thinking that.... But we shall see.....it won't be much longer; LE will either have the evidence to arrest him or they won't. In time we will know. But no matter...

Great post Dr Woof. You sure do have a knack for calling it like it is. If we are all right in our thinking, Josh will be charged. It may take a while but if he did what we think he did, he will not get away with it. But for the life of me, I can't understand why it came to that. What is it...

I just do not think he is an innocent husband so I would expect him to move. He knows for sure she is not coming back. I worry about the sons; to uproot them from all they know and they certainly miss their mommy...

Logical Minds What you posted is pretty much the way I see it as well. Josh sure was controlling and often times when their spouse takes action, there are consequences; not usually murder, but in this case I do believe that is what happened. Unfortunately, there are many women out there who...

OH - Up for Parole Child Killer... *extremely disturbing*

there is no question that there should have been some intervention. We teachers are mandated reporters, as I am sure most of you know. I happen to teach in a city school and we have our share of children who have not had the parental guidance they need to know right from wrong. I happen to be...
