It will be interesting to see if the police looked to see if the child locks were activated in the rear doors. He would have no need to have them on otherwise I would assume. Every vehicle I ever purchased I had to activate on my own, didn't come locked off the lot.
About the receipt. I usually leave my plastic shopping bags in a drawer for use when needed. A lot of times I find my non-important receipts in the bottom of one of the bags when I take them out to use. Or maybe he was saving his receipts for tax-write offs since he supposedly owned his own...
This hurts my heart more than anything so far with this case. I was hopeful that her passing was immediate and with as little pain as possible.... what a tough day of testimony to take. Poor little angel.
True. I meant it more in the sense of needing a break from testimony once in awhile. I even need a break from reading the tweets on twitter some days so I am sure some days the break in testimony is a welcome break for the jury.
Scheduling conflict probably means the Judge had a tee time booked :)
Friday looks like it will be a busy filled day. I am sure the jury is enjoying the breaks.
Yesterday was a Friday before a holiday, so wouldn't conducting a study on the flow of people in and out of town be a bit off? More people off from work and traveling for the holiday.
