The poster only referred to her as 'she', so don't know, not even sure if it is true. From what I have been reading, a maternal aunt has Ryan, the 6 yo brother at present. I wonder if the father will be given custody? I believe all 3 worked at the same Walmart

Lashonda Bedell, a 2 year baby girl old beaten to death by her mother in the bathroom of Syracuse NY steak house in 1979-slammed that little ones head repeatedly and she died a few days later. If i recall, Mom served less than 20 years. A gross miscarriage of justice, in my opinion.

I have nothing new to add, other than to echo the sentiments of all the above posters. I don't think I have ever been as haunted by a case before. The old Bobby Goldsboro song "Watching Scotty Grow" came to mind, how I wish he could have loved and cherished like the little boy in that song...

I chose another-the Grimes sisters murders in Chicago 1956. I also find the Fort Worth Trio case interesting, but I suppose that could not be included in this poll as it is a disappearance.

I was thinking along those lines as well, used to cross from Wellesley Island, NY to Canada via boat all the time years ago-only took a few minutes.

In other parts of NYS (Finger Lakes area, central), the Amish have a reputation for running horrible running puppy/kitten mills. Does anyone know if this family was involved in selling animals or something like that?
