The clothing description makes me wonder if she was dressed for an indoor exercise class…like aerobics or yoga…prior to her demise.
Not much help really but if I were investigating I’d circulate description & artist’s sketch to all exercise classes in possible areas where she might have entered...
Not necessarily Wow! I imagine she was actually googling the ‘inheritance of haemophilia’, rather than the basic facts about the disorder.
( which is probably something I myself would Google to check if I had remembered correctly from medical school days.
Inheritance is a little complex as...
@John/Jane Doe, thank you for bringing our attention back to these 2 cases.
After re-reading the details given ( on both Milam County Jane Doe & missing child Martha Jean Lambert) my heart weeps for these girls.
Both children, if indeed they are not one & the same, experienced neglect &...

This man seems a possibilty. He disappeared while driving & his truck was later located, but I can find no other information about this case.
Clothing description fits too.

“Related to OME case #23-01018" but I’m struggling to find this 2nd...

I am unfamiliar with the term “remote” when describing the rib & nasal bone fractures. I presume this means the fractures did not occur at/around the time of death, but were sustained at an earlier point in time?
Please can someone correct me if I’m...
Thank you for bringing this case to our attention @sunflowermomma. As you rightly say, there are features, particularly his height & the hat, which you’d think would make him recognisable to family, friends or even just acquaintance!

Obviously a typo…he was found yesterday, 15th Jan 2023.
This is very sad.
Interesting! ( Is that why as medical students, we all enjoyed our Mondays in the dissection room!?)
Joking aside, I still can’t see a reason for the heart ending up in the salt except as a prank or a grim warning.
If somebody wanted rid of it, it could have been buried or simply put in the...
I wonder if there have been any thefts from a private medical collection or a medical museum ( for example, one attached to a University or Medical School)? I imagine there are many in the States.
I have visited such museums in London, as a medical student, such as the Royal London Medical...
