I was wondering if maybe their lawyer suggested that they make a statement, and they knew she was dead, but they didn’t want him to know that they knew she was dead… So, they allowed him to go ahead and make the statement, which seems to be a big mistake on their part at this point.

All I can say, is that it breaks my heart to think of what that poor little boy went through as he died a terrible, brutal death. If that had been my child, I would never have been able to function again, thinking about how he died. If it was an accident, RH’s behavior is hard to understand...

Oh dear… I hope this does not jeopardize the case. I mean, with the video out there for anybody to see, it could be argued that he could not get a fair trial, l guess. But I guess during voir dire(?), the jury could be asked if they had seen the video or heard of it.
