IMO I bet the judge could not make him pay for his own attorney in this case....the way legal stuff goes they are still gonna say "innocent until proven guilty." You know how their rights have to be protected as the victim HAS no rights............rolling my eyes here. :banghead::banghead:

I don't remember the details was too long ago....my two cousins had the choice of inserting a feeding tube into their grandmother or letting nature take its course....she knew nothing and was in a nursing home and after whatever happened was taken to ICU...one granddaughter could not bear to see...
