Yes, I do think parents should be held legally responsible in some cases. In this case, I don't see how all can comfortably agree to find her guilty. She's made many statements that cannot be proven one way or another because James can't testify, her son can't testify.

I do hope it's not a hung jury and that JC is found not guilty. This is a tragedy. Seeking to blame parents is not the way to fix this culture.

I do believe JC, if found not guilty, will visit her son, and yes probably between a glass partition. I kind of hope that for them.
