i have no doubt either but like i said they will still need the evidence for it to even reach court in the first place. there have been many cases which the public thought were a sure thing only for them to be thrown out by the CPS due to lack of evidence even when the person was caught red...

whether they are happy or not, they still need evidence no matter what, and without it he could still walk.

the point is that even though the body was badly decomposed they could still tell the cause of death due to how they end up ie: in a plastic bag. this would have been determined by the fingers poked through the bag to try and let air in.

why would they supplement it with something else. there has been nothing said about how much CS earns or how much money SH receives from wherever either. all we know is that CS is a carer, it didn't say what position she held or how much she earned, for all we know she could have been a...

Preventing Lawful and Decent burial This is arguably one of the most unusual laws, and something which people have very rarely been convicted of. This week it was announced that Han Kristian Rausing had been sentenced to 10 months in custody, suspended for two years, for preventing the lawful...

don't count on it if that's all he gets convicted of. Hans Kristian Rausing, heir to Hans Rausing who owned the multinational food packaging and processing company Tetra Pak, was charged with the offence of preventing the lawful and decent burial of a body on 17 July 2012 following the...

what might help is if we knew what time he left for work, was it 6 or 7 am or was it 11 am or maybe even 11.30 am. knowing the exact time would at least get rid of a few hours if he left nearer midday, if he left very early then obviously it would be interesting to find out what she was...

he's only charged with murder, he's not been convicted of it so it may drop to manslaughter at some point the reason he was charged with murder was because he had a body in the loft and done a runner hours before a forensic search which we are lead to believe the whole family knew about.

if they walked back they would have had to walk THROUGH the New Addington Interchange on the corner of Lodge Lane/Kent Gate Way which has CCTV everywhere. if they had got a bus or tram back then they would be on CCTV also as all buses and trams in Croydon have CCTV fitted.
