Found Deceased MI - Jamel Parker, 31, Grand Rapids, 12 Feb 2017

This isn't looking good. His prior history with the law makes me think this might not have a good ending. I hope I am wrong. https://casetext.com/case/united-states-v-parker-193 https://www.courtlistener.com/opinion/815910/united-states-v-jamel-parker/...

I think the ME is in charge of updating the Namus exclusions for Jane Doe. I am not sure why they haven't added the exclusion. I know that the exclusion was made back in 2003, so before Namus was around. I can email the case manager.

Thank you. It looks like a lot has been discussed since I was on WS. Charlotte's case has always bothered me. I never knew Charlotte and she went missing before I was ever even born. But I feel if it wasn't for her story, and her family....I would have never gotten involved in missing...

I also want to say that she had a layover in Ohio, but sister wasn't sure If it was Cleveland, Cincinatti, or Columbus. She said it started with a C. Sorry, not much help there. I think the MP report was filed in East Tawas which would be Iosco County the same county they were living in.

DNA was used to make the exclusion. Sorry, haven't been on WS much lately. I just want to mention that I had heard it was the Detroit airport and went frantically searching through my earlier notes and emails trying to confirm. It seems as her sister wasn't sure what airport it was maybe the...

You would think. But apparently not so. I still scratch my head over the estate and who got what and how fast. A Simultaneous death clause is very common in wills, but normally more along the lines of husband and wife and if they both die in a common natural disaster or accident.

OK all caught up again.... The Jamison's went up to the mountain 10/7 but it was almost dark by the time they got there. They went back up on the 10/8, the picture of Madyson was taken near the truck at 2:47PM. They the photo of the well site sign at the entrance to the mountain at 12:53. As...

You would be 100% correct here! Most states you have to wait 7 years and then file the heir legally deceased. However in this case there was a simultaneous death clause leave Bobby Sr.'s brothers as the secondary heirs to the estate. If you google declared death in absentia...interesting...

Let me get back with you on that. I know I spoke with them, but I can't remember off the top of my head why they didn't go.

FWIW the keys were not in the ignition. Sherilynn had a spare set in her purse. BOBBY'S set have not been located....well unless they were on his body. I haven't been privy to that information yet.

I had posted last night that it was near Grassy Lake Hollow...That was not correct, sorry. They were found in Smokestack Hollow. My original understanding was that they were found more north than west, which is why I thought Grassy Lake, I now know that it was more NW and it is Smokestack...

I do not have the actual coords, that was my best estimate. I have not heard anything about a campsite. I do believe that there is a cabin not too far from the location, not sure if maybe that is what you had heard. My understanding is that it was more north than north west, that's why I...

So this is what I have come up with for GPS coords for the location of the bodies. Should be within a mile. It is section 28-T 7N-20E. It is the top portion of Grassy Lake Hollow. Latitude: 35.0509313 North Longitude: -95.1980223 West

Bobby was a smoker...There was a partial carton of smokes on the dash in the truck. I would think they could have started a fire for warmth, presumably if he still had lighter fluid.

Thank you. Can you clarify if you gave them the name and number of the person listed as the regional administrator or the contact information for mtrooper? I am not the regional administrator...Oh how I wish, talk about my dream job. Either way, mission accomplished.
