Depends on who you ask! LOL! I think it is going fine for the defense. I did not think her testimony was put on or her crying was an act. She admitted she made mistakes and I agree she made mistakes. I feel she was genuine and remorseful.

It is showing how reasonable is to walk in the wrong apartment. Of course, it is relevant because this is how this how tragic accident happen in the first place.

I totally agree. The fact that she is answering the state's questions that does not make her look so good is even more compelling to me. She did not set out to murder a man . She definitely made bad choices and an innocent man died.

I feel she is remorseful and she is not acting. I would never vote for murder at at all.

As much as we can not fathom it, at that exact moment she thought she was going into her apartment and there was a burglar. She did not set out to kill him or murder him. That was her perception at the time of the shooting.

Does anyone of any idea how many more witness's the prosecution has or when they will rest? I am ready for the defense.

If you or anyone ran over a child and it was an accident....I do not want them to go to prison for a horrible mistake.
