Bumping this up.....because I didnt see anyone answer it yet, and I think its important.

Im getting so sick of this case.....everyday that goes by just makes me more angry......I go to work all day and come home to see if Casey finally opened up, but nothing ever changes. This is one of those "scratch your head so hard you bleed" cases.....I dont get it.....I hope one day we know...

I think because of the neglect charges they were there......just like in the Madeleine Mccann case.......the parents signed away their rights to Maddy, if she is ever found (alive or Dead) she is the "property" of the Government now.
