They were saying on Gretta that it is kinda unusual for them to send Homicide detectives to arrest for this kind of charge. Maybe they were hoping to make the protesters believe it was about homicide, so maybe they would disperse.

Totally agree. I think she thought Casey was punishing her for threatening to get custody. And, Tony has actually been around cindy, and we have not, (I'm assuming), so I am willing to accept his take on her. If he didn't want to answer that, he wouldn't have!

Casey was raised as Cindy's princess. She was obviously spoiled and could do no wrong. Of course, they love each other. But it is difficult when a grandchild comes into the mix, and they are all living in Grandma's house. I have tried it, and it's not easy!!! Also, with Casey's strange bent...

LP SURELY knew from the start that JB was not going to let her talk to ANYBODY. If you even watch TV shows, you would know that this is what attorneys always tell their clients! LP does not have to keep her conversation priveleged. I think he was or is just hoping for her to slip-up.:confused:
