Welp, I guess it's best I stay away from that thread tonight, because 1) I'd tell him that there's no way that he's read all this documentation since it was released, and 2) I'd get banned for telling him what I think of him and his client.

There's certainly no reason to apologize. But if we take a look at George's statements to LE - "My daughter is not telling you the truth" - then allowing LE unfettered access to their yard, explaining that they had already considered the worst case scenario and looked for her body themselves - all the while pointing out areas that they felt were suspicious...

I've accused the Gp's of being everything but children of God - but after reading everything I just don't believe they were involved.

One thing that did jump out at me - that I hadn't known before was that the Sunbird was found in the closet possible spot to the dumpster at the Amscott.

That seems to paint a pretty clear picture.

I agree that it appears George was being at least somewhat truthful at the beginning...but do you really think he thought he smelt a dead squirrel or a pizza? And he certainly never corrected Cindy in all those interviews where she claims they weren't missing, just on vacation. Obviously George didn't think so to be telling the towing guy about them being missing.

I hate to see more innocent bystanders dragged into this, but if more info about this Marine comes about and there's a photo it will be interesting to see if there's physical resemblance with Caylee. (Not that it will prove it, she looks like she could be related to JP, too.)

Indeed, I think once they acknowledged the pregnancy (by which time it was probably too late to terminate it, should Casey have chosen to do so), that baby became Cindy's. She was well aware her daughter was in no position to care for a child, let alone an infant.

My question is why Casey chose to have the child in the first place? Was she so unthinking as to not realize how it would profoundly change her life, or was she planning on having a happy marriage with Jesse and the baby? I'll have to check to see when she and Jesse started dating.

I just posted similar Diane. The cruelty of Cindy insisting that Casey not make an adoption plan lies in Cindy not taking over complete care and custody. Either put up or shut up. Cindy wanted to have it all ways and selfishness and self-centered actions put that baby in a situation that was doomed to fail given Casey's history and immaturity.

Can someone clarify what LE thinks or knows where Casey "disappeared" in the three weeks that Amy was referring to in June?

He may not seen the forensics report on the truck, without a positive of Caylee's blood there is only circumstantial evidence and even with it, I'm not sure that it would be more than circumstantial also. We don't even know 100% that its back. LE has not brought any upgrade of charges. We don't know if a grand jury has recommend going forward. IMO, he is doing a good job in not offering a deal, when there is no reason to believe that one has been offered or that any other charges will be brought.

I can't see her possibly beating the child neglect charges...I'd rush her in and plead her out asap, if they'd take a plea to that in full satisfaction...a 5 year maximum has got to be looking pretty good right now! But IMOO and should be qualified to state that I don't reside in the USA and the system there is quite different to where I am...so, where I am, if the prosecution would accept a plea to neglect, I'd be telling my client she would be crazy not to take it.

...this was all after admitting she was a sociopath.

Casey's car was in the garage according to Lee's statement. First time we heard that one. So what all did they do to it????

From Amy's standpoint, Casey disappeared the moment she started staying at Tony's apt, more or less abandoning Amy and the plan to "take over the mortgage" on her parents' house.

It seemed like Amy was saying she "disappeared" in terms of she was only with Tony and not with their group...which seemed to stem from both her getting very quickly attached and into the relationship and also that then Ricardo found out that Casey had been sleeping with R and T at the same time and Ricardo wasn't pleased, and so Casey was alienating herself from them and clinging to TnonY
