I believe we don't know the whole story. LE, the Driver is holding back. It doesn't add up. Maybe someone from that night is a Suspect a Witness. What ever the Case we are not seeing the picture.

Someone called Shannon's Mother the Day after she went missing claming to be a DR from the area saying SG spent the Night at his house and she was fine. It is all very confusing.
