    All Texas Equusearch-Related Filings #1

Even if they manage to convince someone to say that they searched the area and that Caylee wasn't there, all the prosecution need to do is show the photos and video of the area - there's no way in that undergrowth that you could be sure you didn't miss a tiny bone. The defence needs to find...

    All Texas Equusearch-Related Filings #1

So they rang one person every three minutes (50 in 2.5 hours) including reading documents and identifying each person and talking with them? That timing doesn't even allow for any people they rang who said "No, I wasn't on Surburban"! If CM is going to spin stories, at least make them...

    His Honor Judge Perry *Merged*

I think he's twigged to Baez's strategy of using the media to claim bias, unfairness etc and hopefully taint the jury pool. I think he's trying to minimise the number of excuses JB can throw out there - once the trial is underway, the 'no nonsense' side will be much more apparent!

    Ransom Note and Common Sense

They need an excuse slip for the rest of the family they were supposed to meet.

    Ransom Note and Common Sense

Nope, they couldn't delay calling the police because they were supposed to be going away that morning - how do they explain JBR's absence? Or if they cancelled the trip, they still need a reason. The trip backed them into a time frame - they had to call the police when they did.

    GUILTY Australia - Kiesha Weippeart, 6, Mount Druitt, NSW, 18 July 2010 - #2

Thanks for staying on Keisha's case butwhatif. Down here in Melbourne we really don't hear anything about her any more. I would like to hope that the police have more than they're saying but I have a horrid feeling that this case is going to go cold, if it isn't already. They may "know" what has...

    Casey Not Guilty?

But how could the defense raise this as a possibility without KC taking the stand and testifying to it? Because we all know that won't happen!

    Casey Not Guilty?

I do totally understand where you're coming from but having seen both the prosecutors and JB/CM in action, I have faith that the state will make their case much more clearly and consisely than the defence. The jury will be left in no doubt about who is responsible for Calee's death. Ashton...

CA - Body of local doctor found in chimney flue

If her chest wasn't able to expand, she wouldn't have been able to get enough air to scream. What a tragic and avoidable end.

    2010.08.30 - Status Hearing

I would guess that the dots signify words that the transcriber couldn't understand or hear clearly enough.

    Defense Witness List

Are they really allowed to list "unknown female searcher"?? As in, we don't know who we want to throw under the bus but we'll find someone??

Another New Lawyer for Casey - Dorothy Sims

I think I must be a bit dim but.... if her speciality is advising on medical or forensic testimony, why would she need to meet with ICA?

Charity Distances Itself From Anthonys; Shoe Donations

Maybe she's only dontaing one pair of shoes because she thinks the charity might be able to auction them off to raise money??? I don't see any other reason for only one pair.

    What Is the Defense Strategy?

Thanks for this! That inconsistency has only just hit me - I'm sure everyone else here has already twigged though! If they were honestly accidentally working from an incorrect date, where did 31 days come from?? Shouldn't it be 38?

Anthony's Main Mission Now: To Protect Casey

I was thinking about this yesterday, and I realised that GA can't break. He is caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. If he comes clean, Baez and Cindy will simply cast him as the murderer - out of GA and KC, who do you think Cindy wouldd prefer to save? George would go down in the...

    GUILTY Australia - Kiesha Weippeart, 6, Mount Druitt, NSW, 18 July 2010 - #1

I think she was last seen three and 1/2 weeks ago, not three and 1/2 months.

Did Caylee Give Hints of Secrets?

Sorry - nearly 3 year olds can certainly intentionally, meaningfully communicate. In particular, girls language development is often ahead of boys, and I have no doubt Caylee could have answered questions like "what did you do today" "who were you with today" and so on.

Did Caylee Give Hints of Secrets?

I'm sorry but I have to disagree. Caylee was two months short of being three years old. At that age, language can be quite developed - at elast enough to have a conversation with direct questions -ie did you see Zanny today, what did you do today and so on. My nearly 20 month old grandaughter is...

Sources detail Terri’s timeline day Kyron disappeared #2

You're right of course. If TH is responsible, where was Kyron during this shopping time? It would be too dangerous to just leave him in the car - she couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't be seen.
