It looks like the 6 motions filed be defense will be heard Jan 3rd @ 1:30pm according to the WESH article http://www.wesh.com/caseyanthony/26248474/detail.html but the article does not mention whether the State's motion will also be heard. I think it will be but that is just a guess.
