has anyone checked angies list? I was going to but you have to pay to be a member, and well, I am not that eager to find out :) the stolen CC was CU1. (best one around IMO) anyways, the bank that has the reward fund was just one of the places he withdrew money.

Ok, this kind of made me saY Hmmmm.... I note that all the fliers say "kidnapped" Articles say Abduction. So i googled the definitions. Nearly the same, except, kidnapped has "ransom" in it. There seems to be no consistency between the use of the two, and perhaps, it is a wild theory...

or, they called people into work, at 10pm on friday to help out, and they wore their clothes they put on. Does a uniform add anything to the credibility? the FBi agents i have interacted with, always had on "plain clothes", and no uniform. Same for APD detectives.

can you provide a link to that? I thought it was her purse was there. I thought her dad called her phone the next day until the battery died?

My opinion has been that IK only had a limited time to do the hide before he leavea in am But, I got to thinking. That doesn't give one much time and there really isn't any good places to dump, other than the ocean IMO. Maybe he waited... And the shed was the cold storage.

Typically the avalanches occur further down the road than the pull offs. The area around anchorage is mud flats and shallow. The spots along the pull offs are not. Google turnigan arm bore tide. The tide comes in so fast in the pull off area that it creates a wave big enough to surf on...

You may be referring to turnigan arm. That is down towards girdwood. I eluded to that earlier. It has ice in it. Slush and explorer sized chunks. The large tides keep it moving all the time. When we go down that way in winter we always stop and watch it. The sound it makes is cool. The...

Everything close or around ANC is going to make a poor spot to hide something. The best place would be a 20 min drive south and a pullioff at beluga point or whatever. Splash. Good bye. IMO.

Well if he did leave on the 2nd he couldn't have gone anywhere remote in time As far as access, snowmachine and airplanes can be used all winter. They put skis on planes. Snowmachines will go through pretty much any depth of snow. So the 8 ft or 20 ft of snow doesn't really limit any access

Well the reward as stated is for her "safe" return. IMO it won't be distributed to anyone if that is the condition. I noticed somewhere that it is now being called K family trust fund.

IMO it would be astonishing if she lasted more than 4 hrs the first night. If they know, or have reason to believe she is no longer alive, then i think that they should say so. otherwise, continuing the fundraising and SK fund, is kind of being disingenious, IMO.

now, here comes the symantics. The question on the form says, have you been convicted of a felony in any court for which the punishment could have been more than 1 yr , even if you recieved a shorter sentence. 18 USC 921 has some exceptions: (20) The term "crime punishable by...

No. I do not beleive that is right... Federal law prohibits felons from using or possesing guns. I think that trumps state law. I am not an attorney however.Perhaps there is no state law to reduce redundency? I know that they can't buy a new gun with a felony, regardless of state law...

if you are a felon you can NOT purchase a gun. It is one of the questions on the form to fill out. Have you EVER been convicted of a felony crime? a yes answer and it automatically disqualifies you. same with domestic abuse, drug use, certifiable crazies etc. Plus, if you are a felon, and...

Flying with a handgun or gun is simple. there are no records kept as to a serial number or what kind of gun. If it is in a long gun case, that is considered one of your bags and you take it to a spot for the TSA to screen. You are the only one to have the locks or keys for it. A handgun, if...

IMO fled and didn't flee would mean that the plan to leave had been for a while. As in scheduled with a dog sitter for a month or so. Fled would be he called someone that night and paid cash for a ticket out at the counter Maybe it was all preplanned. Idk. As far as him being broke and...

Didn't happen like that IMO... Ik was GONE... he left the next day. So, unless they found him traveling out of state after Feb 3, it was NOT him. That does not mean though, that the IK's truck was NOT in the video. Perhaps, there IS a white chevy P/U in the video, sans toolbox with phone #...
