It also says that AD put Shaniya on the couch at 5:30 AM. Surely the child was asleep before then. Where was she? Was she in a bed, had an accident, mom cleaned her with the blanket, put her on the couch, then threw the blanket away in the neighbors trash can?? That doesn't make much sense...

Why didn't her father know that her mother never re-enrolled her into school? Isn't that something you would ask your daughter whom you haven't seen in 5 weeks? "Hey hunny, how's your new school?" I find that odd.
