Found Deceased CO - Suzanne Morphew, 49, Chaffee Co, 10 May 2020 *Case dismissed w/o prejudice* #108

I don't think light would be an issue when you consider the moon on that night. Moon on Mothers Day 2020

I don't think she was dead until he got her to the gravesite. I think he tranquilized her and finished the job at burial.

They can prosecute in any jurisdiction that the crime occurred. In this case it started in one and ended in another so either could prosecute.

You could be right but mapquest says 45 minutes. Not sure it was rocky soil but could have been. He had plenty of time.

The state should push his civil trial forward and get to depositions. He will drop the lawsuit before he testifies under oath now that the body has been found.

Court TV keeps saying it is an hour and a half from their home. It looks to me like it's 50-60 minutes. About 50 miles. Could have done this during the time span his phone was in airplane mode. He digs holes for a living so 50 minutes down, 20 minutes digging shallow grave and 45 minutes...

I hope they found some evidence with the body. Perhaps a spent shell casing from his chipmunk hunting gun?

IN - Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #167

I don't think RA is involved at all. They had to lie in the SWA to get into his house. They manipulated witness statements to mislead the judge. You can swear in an affidavit that BG and the guy walking down 300N are the same person when your witness actually stated the man walking down 300N...

Still Missing KY - Crystal Rogers, 35, Bluegrass Parkway, 3 July 2015 #4 *arrest in 2023*

I hope his LE brother gets arrested too. If the FBI searched his house, there is reason to believe that he at least is an accessory after the fact.

CONVICTION OVERTURNED MD - Hae Min Lee, 17, Baltimore, 13 Jan 1999

There is none. The state has also discredited Jay, Jen, Krista, phone records and the detectives involved. They'd have to have his DNA now and they don't.

CONVICTION OVERTURNED MD - Hae Min Lee, 17, Baltimore, 13 Jan 1999

They will file to retry him if the DNA results don't come back within 30 days. They can't let the time run out in the event the DNA is Adnan's. Once the DNA comes back and it's not Adnan's, they will drop the retry request probably with prejudice.

CONVICTION OVERTURNED MD - Hae Min Lee, 17, Baltimore, 13 Jan 1999

First, they weren't close friends. They knew each other because Jay was dating Adnan's best friend, Stephanie, at that time. The state has told you in their brief that Jay Wilds is not a reliable witness. Odds are he was caught with heavy weight and the cops gave him a way to avoid prison by...

CONVICTION OVERTURNED MD - Hae Min Lee, 17, Baltimore, 13 Jan 1999

That's not true. Jay only allegedly told the cops the location of the car when the recorder was off to flip the tape. He also didn't take them to the body. It was common knowledge where the body was found since the news covered it. The state tells you Jay Wilds cannot be trusted. What...

    OK OK - Sharon Marshall, 20, multiple aliases, OKC, 1990 - ID'd as Suzanne Sevakis - #5

Why can't they do 23 and me etc to find familiar matches? They need to find the unknown child.

Found Deceased CO - Suzanne Morphew, 49, Chaffee Co, 10 May 2020 *Case dismissed w/o Prejudice* #101

I have felt all along he had a site prepared in advance and she is within 1 mile of their home. I think he either carried her to the location or used an ATV to get her there. My alternative theory is he placed her in a cooler and hid the cooler. He later went back and moved it to a remote...

Still Missing CO - Suzanne Morphew, 49, Chaffee Co, 10 May 2020 *arrest* #97

They have no proof that we know about. No body, no physical evidence tied to a crime, just innuendos. I think he did it but don't see how they can convict.

He doesn't make those decisions. It is above his pay grade. He will look foolish when he takes the stand and has to admit his opinion is irrelevant.

If they listen and accept the judges instructions, as they have sworn to do, they will realize the defense has to present nothing. IMO, the judge should issue a direct not guilty verdict immediately after the state rests their case when it is obvious the state hasn't met its burden. The main...
