Here are my thoughts. The mom should be charged with negligence and the older boys should be taken away immediately. I don't know if that has happened yet or not. The mother is guilty of something. I don't know what yet. Who is the neighbor? How long was the neighbor there? Yes...

Good theory, but mom and brother were seen around 5:30 p.m. Lisa didn't go missing, well, we don't know when she actually went missing. I still think the baby was sold by someone. My posts aren't showing up, so this is sort of a test.
