I am very happy about today's news and knowing that justice for Alanna is that much closer. I am sure that LE will soon find his accomplice(s) and then, perhaps, the Gallagher/McDaniels Family and the whole community can begin to feel a bit safer and start to heal again. It was great to share...

I should've known the whole no inspection for classic cars things was too good to be true! Thank you!

We do have vehicle inspections for any vehicle less than 25 years old. Edit: Blue22 was correct in saying that we have yearly inspections despite the age of the vehicle, those are just not required to pass emissions. Also, I remembered that when I lived in a different county no vehicle was...

Wow, I hadn't heard that. Idk the rules about fb references but could you say whether or not her post was something re not being able to find Alanna.

Did someone move the tarp before the photo from msm of the tarp in front of the home was taken? If not then I don't see how they were driving toward Old Decatur and she fell out (which I'm not sure I believe she was unintentionally left there). I'm sure that I'm missing something and hope that...

Rsbm (lol I think that's right) IB, Tyler and Kileen are fairly distant, so if the 4 in the actual metroplex are the only cases counted is that still a relatively high number? Of course, I know 1 is 1 too many, but as a mom I'm kind of freaking out right now.

I agree. Also, if Alanna's body fell out in the spot where the pictures show, they would have been driving away from that area. Could be they thought about that area, then got there and realized it would be too risky?

Yes, I apologize for misreading it. I was editing my post as you were writing this one. You're right many people cut through Bridle to get to Knowles from Old Decatur and vice-versa. It is bc Knowles has about 4 stop signs versus Sag and Old Dec which have traffic lights and lots of them. It...

I am not sure if this has been addressed, but Knowles has no traffic lights and is not a main thoroughfare. My map service is telling me they'd never have to take Knowles, but Old Decatur. Coming from Bridle Tr or Silverbrook down Old Decatur it would not make sense to go down Roundrock. I don't...

At first I thought there's no way anyone would murder Alanna because of her parents' lifestyle, but there's just something about burning her memorial (not buying the accident either) the same day, or within 2 days, of it being moved by their home and then setting their car & garage on fire. It...

I think the newer car looks like a Toyota Corolla. I'm not sure of the year, but it looks very similar to the Corolla my mother used to own. I'll call and see if she remembers the year.

I think these are excellent thoughts! It would definitely explain why LE released these two photos. And releasing one that is not at all suspected, kinda like a lineup, makes a lot of sense.

Well the FBI is involved in this case and the federal government does have the resources. Or they may just strongly urge them to visit family or friends. Another option would be for them to drive by often. That doesn't take to much in resources and they will do that for any resident if you...

I see what you're saying. It is definitely something to think about bc we don't have a lot to go on. It is possible that even if they hadn't had problems with anyone outwardly that someone could've had a problem with it all along. And it does seem like they were open about it, so many people...

It seems in this case anything is possible, but I don't believe that it is likely though. There are just so many kids born out of wedlock these days. I'm just not sure she was targeted for any specific purpose other than she was outside alone. Of course, your guess is as good as mine. Hopefully...

Does anyone know how often killers taunt the victim's family? I mean, is it likely that they do? Not that anything about this case seems likely.
