CO - James Holmes Trial - *Penalty Phase* #3

I meant for the Arias trial. I already knew the name of the foreman before it was posted, although I didn't know he was the foreman until all silly Newsweek posted about him.

Thank you. I thought the first one some of them mentioned her age (the foreman?) or some such which is why it was a mistrial. Anyway, on with this one.

Isn't that where it all came unstuck in the Arias trial? Or did they mix her mitigating/sentence?

I wasn't expecting the verdict so fast.

I hope JSS doesn't listen to all this and then take it under advisement.

Thank you. So did he go on twitter or something as soon as the verdict was read and say "That's my wife!"? I've not seen the original post where her name was mentioned.

When I was on the Fox10 youtube yesterday the whole chat room was saying she was smiling and the GUY in the studio (I think it was Andrew) was saying not. It was all the guys on air for Fox 10 defending this smirk.

I saw somewhere that Justus is a guy? Anyway, MDLR sounds like she has mental problems from her previous behaviour in this trial, let alone CMJA. I was watching a Wuornos doco the other day and she was diagnosed with BPD as well. Her IQ was 81 - 86. I feel sorry for her. I believe she was...

Then how does one deliberate if they can all just say "that's my verdict and up yours!"?

Is this the only MSM that has reported about the other eleven jurors being posted about?

I've been for three three hour walks this week. It's raining on and off today. My daughter's 18th birthday is tomorrow (8th March). I gave her her present yesterday because she's out all weekend with her friends. She's back tomorrow night so I have to make her a chocolate fudge cake and...

According to them they do. She never did read that book of Mormon. "HELL See also Damnation; Death, Spiritual; Devil; Sons of Perdition Latter-day revelation speaks of hell in at least two senses. First, it is the temporary abode in the spirit world for those who were disobedient in...

I have a question. It certainly appears the only way that they got the list of jury names and addresses was through MDLR/DT but how did "the other side" get the name and address of Juror 17? If I google "Hispanic woman in early 30's" I'd have a lot to wade through. So this either means...

I don't know if I believe that. Why would Juan have to "check it out" as per her first quote if she's saying they all knew from the voir dire? I read one of the articles you posted and it was saying how Juror 17 had on her FB page that she was anti death penalty. Seeing as the DT are all...

Over here before they do jury selection, the clerk gives all potential jurors the name of the judge, prosecutor, defence, defendant and all witnesses and we have to write a note if we know any of them explaining how. I take it that doesn't happen in the US?
