I think Marlena is still lying or not telling the whole story. She says she didn't ask more questions about the murder, yet discussed it every day, and says he wouldn't tell me where he burried the gun? That tells me that was asking questions.

SS said that DM's vehicles only took up 2500 square feet of the 55,000 square foot hangar? Possibly if they were all neatly parked side by side a never worked on. My double garage is just over 400 square feet an with 2 vehicles in it there is barely any room to move around let alone take on the...

The price per night for leaving the plane in the hanger would have been based on the size of th planes footprints. I recall that the hangar was large enough to hold large passenger planes. So maybe that is where the higher number comes from.

    Bosma Murder Trial 03.23.16 - Day 26

These cash payments help avoid taxes. Nobody questioned the $10,000 gift to hi real estate girlfriend. H could have paid her a fee, but by having his Mom write her a cheque She most likely didn't claim that as income either. I'm betting SS probably received a bunch of Cash payments as well. All...

I thinks she is covering her face because she knew there was sketchy business going on. Expenses for not business related activities, payments for people who appear to do nothing. I wonder when the CRA will go after them for tax issues

    Bosma Murder Trial 02.24.16 - Day 14

I am wondering if revenue Canada would be following this trial and potentially have issue with the MA business, such as paying employees for work that did not seem to be anything other than personal service for DM. Expenses not related to the business, a company vehicle being used primarily for...

I don't see the purposes of these past two witnesses for the prosecution. They provided nothing. If anything I'm surprised that the witness was allowed to say that they presume it was TB based on th police investigation, and that there we no objections to that statement. So far there is nothing...

I would imagine the rake was checked for finger prints. They mentioned t ground being soft, so they may have also taken impressions of tire tracks near the Eliminator, and we'll a any footprints in the dirt that may have been found

Maybe DM Defense will say he was planning on starting a mobile incineration business since these units are so expensive and so rare.

He mentioned using trail cams for deer. I wonder if he use them for turkey a well. Can you imagine if they had trail cam video of this, that would be fantastic, to see all th players who were there.

T I have painted a few vehicles. Always started first with all trim removal and Sanding. Never any washing or chemical treatment until just before it goes in the booth for paint. Then it was just to wash off any potential grease or other contamination.

There was a photo posted yesterday of Millard's Yukon, an somebody mentioned that you could not see the sticker on th back license plate. That is because looking at that plate you can see that it is not a passenger car plate but a truck plate. In Ontario a truck plate requires the validation...

I have been in that under ground police garage years ago. There is plenty of ceiling height for that trailer. They also use this garage to park large emergency and tactical vehicles.
